last minute booking on a long weekend. out fault. however please do take note the rooms on 1st floor got window to in hotel alley, not to outside the building. the swimming pool is shared with sister hotel aston and it's not that big (dip swim only). cihampelas is also a declining area, not like 90's good old days of fashion center. they do have nearby cihampelas walk which is beautiful though. receptionist, bell boy and restaurant staff give excellent and attentive service, thumbs up. however the security guard try too hard to the point that they don't leave much personal space for us to take care of our family ourselves. i have to ask them to stay out of my parent's way yet they still standing too close not allowing me to comfortably close my parent's car door.

The location is very strategic, can be reached from any direction, the rooms are quite big, but equipment such as amenities is very lacking, you have to ask for towels, the water is not hot enough, the room door sometimes doesn't lock, there are no bathroom mats, pillowcases and the towels are too dirty

I was booked for Deluxe room. But I don't like it. The room is too humid. I finally upgraded to an executive room. which is quite comfortable. Better you choose the executive room if you want to stay here.

The things that needs to be improved is regarding the system that still kinda old & needs to be simplified such as the free parking system. The breakfast were quite varied, but most of the time some of the food station were empty and needs to be refill. The refill could take some time. Well that definitely has to be improved. The waiters/waitresses has to be aware when the food needs to be cooked immediately and refill on time before it really runs out

When I checked in, I was asked to wait while they were checking the room. After waited more than 10 minutes, the receptionist told me that I could enter the room. Some of my complains: 1. There was a cockroach inside the bathroom 2. The handle of shower is broken (not attached properly as the inside part of it is teared off) 3. The tap output channel was broken, this effects the stream is quite powerful as there is no filter to hold the stream 4. I booked a double bed, however it was 2 twin bed that become 1 bed. However, the hotel staff was pretty kind to give me 2 additional complimentary drinks.

It was satisfying staycation for my family. Room was big enough. Decent spread during evening cocktail and breakfast. Friendly and accommodating staff at tower lounge. Kudos to them and keep up the good work guys👍

Due to the system error the queueing takes about 1 hour. The room cleanliness shall be improved more. The food really complete and taste good. Mini zoo was good but need improvement especially for fish pond, need more hungry koi; more rabbit etc. Overall, we could enjoy the experience there

nice room, easy acess from city centre, near cihampelas walk mall and other entertainment places, there's also cafes nearby, but the main road in front of the hotel is always as busy as it gets so it will be so much easier using motorcycle or online taxi

This hotel has great potential to be a highly recommended hotel, but fell short on few crucial things. The location is great, good looking exterior, and the room is well designed too! But unfortunately seems this hotel is not well maintained. Maybe because of COVID. But should not be an excuse, tho. Let start with some positives: 1. Room is spacious, good looking design 2. Great location 3. Nice exterior design 4. Decent food During our stay, we found several issues: 1. The room wasn’t exactly the best smelling room we’ve been. Moreover, definitely need so many cleaning such as on the curtain and the bed headboard. 2. The restaurant only open until around 8. We could not even get a plate and a set of cutlery at night. 3. The pillows are rather bad for a 3-star hotel. 4. the wi-fi is terrible. Disconnected every 5 minutes with bare minimum speed. 5. The receptionist wasn’t exactly at their post everytime (sometimes no one is there) This hotel shows sign of its glory years but obviously the COVID didn’t help in its maintenance and management. Not sure whether we would be back here again, but if something drastic is done, we would love to stay here again.
