Great experience and the room was very clean and spacious. The only thing I did not like was the spring style mattress. After my flight was canceled and changed NUMEROUS times, it was so nice having such a nice person at the front desk to be understanding and so accommodating!

Decent hotel with well thought out rooms that are on the smallish size for their price point. Hotel was good attentive staff, a small bar cafe and adequate amenities. Clean and tidy rooms and not to noisy being on a main road. Would recommend this hotel for a one to two night stay noting the high room rates don’t make this hotel a true value place to stay long term.

On the first night after about two hours I got bitten by a bed bug and caught it too. Went down to the reception and did get a new room for the night. However the rest of the response was totally lackluster even though I showed the bug to the receptionist, he wasn’t really interested to look at it. He also told me that Pest Control could not come out the same day because of Thanksgiving. Of course this is totally unacceptable. The next morning the manager of the hotel called me to say that they were not going to reimburse me for the room (even though you can imagine that my night was ruined) and she doubted that there were even bad bugs. My business partner and I both have status with Hilton and it just shows what your loyalty is worth to Hilton. Very disappointed.

The hotel room is a one bedroom and one living room, which is quite spacious and the big bed is very comfortable. Slippers and drinking water are not provided. Breakfast is the level of a business hotel, simple omelettes, sausages, quiche, etc., change one set a day, with oatmeal, juice, bread can also eat. There is a Sierra Vista Mall nearby, with several restaurants and regular shopping centers. If you don't have a car, you can only rely on a half-hour bus.

Positives: 1. Rooms were clean and comfortable 2. Breakfast was great especially the signature Holiday Inn Express cinnamon rolls which are amazing! 3. Got upgraded to a suite as an IHG Platinum without having to request an upgrade--this hotel knows how to treat it's IHG elite members and it shows. Negatives: 1. None of the televisions in the rooms were working and we were told this upon check-in, but it was still disappointing since I do enjoy watching tv when I stay at hotels. 2. There is a noticeable smell of **** in the hallway which I really can't stand, particularly in a hotel that is supposedly 100% smoke free. Over all, this hotel has a lot of potential to be a more solid choice in the Fresno area if they can successfully deal with these few issues which in my opinion are significant.

It's a very comfortable family hotel. The breakfast is what you would expect from a basic American restaurant. There's also a lot of yogurt. You can always drink coffee. The hotel staff are also super friendly. The security situation is also very good. You can park your car at the door at any time. Highly recommended to stay! I will definitely come again next time

The hotle and its location are excellent. One problem is that the breakfast time only accomodates the workforce and not the tourists. The breakfast time ends very ealry the entire week. We have been traveling for over 40 years, and have stayed in lots of hotels that had a larlge number of workforce also staying there. But the accomodated both the workforce and the tourists.

This Fairfield Inn is very old. The location is good, it is close to Yosemite National Park, and it is convenient to eat nearby. However, the hotel facilities are not very good, and the breakfast variety is not much. I don't recommend staying here.
