We were received very well and the hotel is located next to a good seafood restaurant. The room however was dirty. If had known I could upload pictures I would have taken several. The tub/shower was either very dirty or had serious rusty water issues. The floor was filthy around the edges and the carpet under the HVAC unit looked it had never been vacuumed , furniture was rough but the blood on the comforter and spots on the bedspread was ridiculous.

Hadnt been here in a while.My room was on the front at 117.Room was clean and didnt stink! No smoking room that didnt reek of weed!!Only thing i seen was they really need to defrost their fridges and clean the ice machine.Breakfast wasnt much Saturday morning,waffle maker and yogurt with snack bars.Sunday was a little better with some bananas and clementines,always got cereal.Mcdonalds and Hardees close by!And the best seafood rest.in the area right in front of hotel!!Semi truck parking lot thats big also!

I was charged a $3.00 resort fee. Upon check in, the clerk informed me the fee was charged by Choice Hotels. I contacted Choice Hotels and was informed the fee was charged by the hotel owner. I spoke to the hotel owner who informed me the fee was charged by Choice Hotels. When I informed him I had contacted Choice Hotels and their response, he changed his story and claimed the fee was for parking and maid service. This hotel's advertisement advertises free parking. It also claims hot breakfast. The only hot item at the breakfast bar was make your own waffles. They had small Danishes that were rock hard and tasted like they were purchased several days ago. As to the maid service, a cigarette disposable tray right outside my room was overflowing with cigarette butts, with several butts on the breezeway. I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to others.

We are snowbirds travelling on our yearly driving trip to Florida. We have been stopping at this Quality Inn for many years - both on our southern and return northern trips. The room was comfortable and quiet, and both my wife and I slept well. Our morning rituals include me getting moving 1st, and then I venture to the breakfast bar to take cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee back to the room for a morning start to our day. However, the desk clerk advised me that I couldn't have food in the room because customers had dropped food on the carpet, and I was only allowed a cup of coffee for each of us. I was disappointed to say the least, especially when my wife pointed out that if the hotel didn't allow food in the room, why was there a microwave and a fridge there? I went across the street to McDonalds and brought back a couple of breakfasts. We will not stay here in the future. BTW, there is a Day's Inn on the same exit the is very comfortable and reasonably priced.

very clean and quiet! I don’t remember the girls name, she worked the front desk until 11 pm on 7/2…she was THE BEST! she had the best customer service on anyone I’d ever seen. I wish I had gotten her name to give her the proper recognition she deserves.

I have stayed in many choice hotels. This is a best experiance i ever had nice and clean room, bathroom was vary clean, fast internet, pool was clean breakfast was good enought for me. staff was very friendly and lady who work in night time was very helpful

Checked into Hotel and was given an upgrade and wrote a $7.00 charge on our printed reservation we handed them. Upgrade was given because they didnt have any of the rooms available we had booked so this charge should not have been added. He said we do not have billing available here. The room was ok, but dated and drab. No plug for the tub so having a relaxing bath was out. No breakfast option and walls thin. Noisy with kids next door and adults fighting all hours of the night so hard to sleep. Our friend that was to have followed us picked the hotel because it was cheap. She had to back out at the last second so we were stuck

This motel was a big disappointment. We were given room 132 as we opened the door we could smell that nasty "dead cigarette stink. Their motel room are supposed to be non-smoking. There were burn holes in the comforter too. Then I saw German roaches crawling around. I went to the office & asked for a different room. The clerk first said there were no 1st floor rooms left. When I said I would leave then she said she saw another 1st floor room. She also said she was new at that job. We move to room 142 I did not see roaches in that room but it had that stinky cigarette smell too.There was stains on the bedding & 1 of the pillows looked like it had been dragged in dirt. There was black mold on the bathroom walls. The mini fridge was not working as it was iced up & bulbs missing from the lights. The only nice thing I can say is that there was good water pressure & the day clerk was very nice & considerate. We stayed in a very nice clean comfortable motel the night before in FL it was great. The cost at this Quality Inn was the same as the nice FL motel. They are really over priced for such a stinky motel room that needs to update & in need of much better maintenance. I gave this info when Quality Inn asked for a review & I asked for a refund. The reply from the owner only said they do pest control treatments. Next time I don't care how tired I am I will not stay at that Quality Inn ever again. I took pictures & plan to submit them to Choice corporate but I have a feeling this Quality Inn is not corporate owned.

I had called the property prior to showing up. I told the woman I had a dog and I needed a week. She gave me a price of $60 a day. I went into the hotel to pay and she asks for the card I got a handed to her and I said well how much is it? She told me it was $470 with the pet fee of course OK. a day later I have two transactions coming out of my bank account. One for $470 and one for $115. Mind you on the bill it says balance due $470. One bill it says something above about a pet fee , but it doesn’t say it’s being deducted it just says $115. I have gone back-and-forth with the property manager or owner to no avail. They failed to do absolutely nothing for me and wouldn’t even admit to the fact that they had hidden charges so fine here’s a review.
