Onze kamer Suite 23 werd 3 nachten niet schoongemaakt!!! alleen het bed werd opgemaakt en wij ontvingen schone handdoeken met een groot slijt gat erin. De afvalemmers werden niet geledigd, ook niet op de badkamer,.....vuile drinkglazen en lege glazen flesjes van water werden niet opgeruimd en ook niet bijgevuld. De afvoer van de inloopdouche functioneerde nauwelijks, het afvoerputje was verstopt evenals de syphon van een van de twee wastafels voerde het water niet af

In theory all good, but for a boutique hotel the breakfast in that huge room without windows together with a mass of people and long queues at all stands destroyed really the whole experience... :-(

Kamer suite 9/10 , Spa 8/10, in de gang naar kamer toe stonden om 16 u nog vuile ontbijtborden. Avondeten : in Koener ( Cloe dit) 4/10 , champignons saus kon je vork in recht stellen, had meer was van vaste mayonnaise , te veel maïzena in de saus, frieten diepvries . Bar : niet gezellig en dienster sprak alleen Engels , geen Frans, Duits of Nederlands.. ontbijt niet beschikbaar in Boutique moesten naar Koener gaan. Gezellige ontbijtruimte , ontbijt 7/10

Zimmer super, grosszuegig, sauber, komfortabel, super Badezimmer. Hotelzugang ist unkontrollieert. Jeder kann ins Hotel. Schlechte Beschilderung. Sehr kalter Spa Bereich, sowohl Lufttemperatur als auch Wassertemperatur. Hier moechte man sich nicht lange aufhalten.Fruehstueck nur Durchschnitt, nicht angemessen fuer den Preis. Insgesamt im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels zu teuer fuer das was geboten wird.

Schönes Hotel mit tollen Suiten, Spa und gutem Restaurant. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend . Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Die Bedienungen hatten nicht immer alles im Griff. Die Suiten waren gross und schön eingerichtet. Was mich störte waren die zu vielen Spinnennetze! Bei den Leuchten und Ecken könnte man diese auch kurz wegmachen.

Erg mooi hotel zowel Koenen als het gekoppelde design hotel. Kamers prima ook voor een wat langer verblijf. Het restaurant was niet alle dagen open (gebrek aan personeel was de opmerkin) in de bistro gegeten maar daar is ruimte voor verbetering. Erg doorgebakken vlees en hompen in plaats van eenmalig stukje vlees; jammer. Daar gaat de prijs-kwaliteit mee achteruit.Erg mooie omgeving waar prachtige routes kunnen worden gewandeld en gereden.

It was our second stay at Le Clervaux Boutique Hotel. This time the check-in was confusing as the reception is located at Koener Hotel. We received some misleading directions how to find our room and had to run back and forward in the rain. Restaurants ... despite initial guidance by staff, Rhino Sports Bar was closed during all days (Th, Fr). Later we were informed that it is closed for time being ... the label on the entrance tells abut exceptional closure that day! When enquired about another restaurant attached to the hotel (Italian restaurant) we were told that they don't know as it doesn't belong to the group running the two hotels. Finding a breakfast room was a challenge, the facility is unusually large, a quiet music would made it much more comfortable. The breakfast selection itself was rather disappointing for a 4 star hotel. The Brasserie restaurant is located next to the reception and has quite boring setup in the adjacent building made of glass. Room service replenished a coffee capsules to decaf only ... no new tea bag was added. The Spa is nothing special, there were two minors playing ball in the pool and making quite some noise. Despite these disappointments, our room (suite) was clean and comfortable. BTW, no questions like "how was your stay" at check-out.

Nous avons réservé une suite en ce mois de septembre 2024. Quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre, rien à dire, elle était magnifique. Cela fait la 3ème fois que nous venons et à chaque fois, nous sommes ravis de la déco. Nous avons malheureusement vite déchanté en entendant un bruit de fond, sorte de bourdonnement permanent. Nous avons fait appel à la réception et ils nous disent qu'il s'agit en fait de la hotte du restaurant juste en-dessous. Nous leur demandons s'ils peuvent alors nous proposer une autre chambre et nous avons pour seule réponse que nous devrons attendre 22h pour que le bruit cesse lorsque la cuisine fermera. Nous trouvons cela un peu léger pour un établissement de ce standing. Nous leur disons que nous sommes venus pour nous détendre et que ce bruit de fond est très désagréable. Rien n'y fait. Impossible également d'envisager un remboursement considérant que nous avons réservé via une autre plateforme que celle de l'hôtel.

Prima hotel, maar een groot nadeel: De kussens waren vreselijk. Veel te dik. Geen oog dicht gedaan. Geen andere kussens voorhanden. Badjas opgevouwen en deze als kussen gebruikt.Tip: Neem je eigen kussen mee.
