We stayed here for a basketball tournament in Tavares. Check in was a breeze. Parking was ample. The hotel shared a parking lot with Apple Bees and Zaxbys. There are plenty of other food items in the area. Walmart was approximately 5 minutes away. The hotel had a lot of groups for different sports tournaments. The rooms were cleaned and had a full kitchen. We had no problem finding seating for breakfast. My complaints are: the shower door wouldn’t close all the way, in a room that fits 6 there were only 3 sets of towels(we got more from the front desk), at breakfast there’s only 1 garbage can piled over with trash that no one emptied so I just put my trash and emptied dishes in the dish bucket that sat on a table under the tv. Overall, it was a good stay.

I love coming to this Hotel. It is convenient to the area and downtown clermont. Always comfortable and very clean with a welcoming environment. Pool and Gym also clean. Staff are friendly and decent breakfast. Rooms are always clean. Never had an issue at this location.

Excellent spacious suite with everything you need! We even enjoyed the large pool for night swims, very clean. Awesome free breakfast and coffee as well. Fresh lemon water always available at the front desk, refreshing. Will definitely be back when in the area again.

Terrible. First room TV was not good, and it smelled like kennel. Learned that that 1st floor and 2nd floor are for pet owners. We requested another room, the 2nd room woke up with big roach on the wall. I am terrified by them, I ran to the bathroom until my husband killed it. No ice bucket in the room had to request on. AC motion detector is horrible it get hot and cold. This is the 3rd time at this hotel and it will be the last time. All 3 stays have been less than expected. We are very displeased we are Hilton Honors patrons

The location and decor are good. Sorry to say but you asked: The room had a mildew smell. Maybe the carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned. And, the breakfast was average -- some breads were stale so didn't eat there for the rest of the stay. Fresh food items are needed. Making these improvements will make a world of difference.
