You know what to expect from an Ibis. Simple but good for the price and convenience. This Ibis was not good at all. Service was really poor. I asked for a quiet room at reception and we were given a room next to the lift. Very noisy. I went down to get this changed and waited a long time as nobody was on reception and nobody came when I rang the bell, in all 3 times. We had decided to eat in the Courtepaille and get an early night. Our waitress made lots of f mistakes and we waited ages as she was the only one serving until later.
Breakfast was ok and the 1 man serving it worked hard but tables were left uncleared. The coffee was awful even for machine coffee.
I was asked if everything was ok when I checked out and I said no and explained what was wrong. I have no confidence that my feedback would have been passed on. What is the point of asking the question if nothing happens to the feedback.
Accord Group. I hope someone there is reading this.

Déçu de a à z literie chambre sentant la cigarette en arrivant, ouverte de la chambre coincé, poignée coupée, peinture délabré, literie fine et matelas trop grand par rapport au sommier. Il a fallu que nous annulons notre 2eme nuit car des soucis, il a fallu payé. Pas du tout apprécié notre séjour. Je ne recommande pas cet ibis c est vraiment la première fois que cela nous arrive. Nous réfléchirons a 2 fois avant de réserver.

Personnel de l’hôtel très accueillant.
Les parties communes de l’hôtel sont rénovées mais les chambres et surtouts les salles de bains sont vétustes.
Un grand parking gratuit à disposition (mais plein les soirs de match de l’ASM)

A good value budget hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Gave us directions to the tram, which was easy to navigate into the town centre. The cathedral was well worth a look and lots of pretty streets in the old town and lots of nice shops. The room was tidy, a little basic and quite small, but this is reflected in the very good price. Great for a stop off on our way to Bordeaux and plenty of parking outside which was why we chose it. There is a lovely bakery just down the road, where we bought breakfast patisserie, we also got some delicious sandwiches and cakes for our onwards journey.

Venu en famille pour deux nuits, pour visite Vulcania… Les lits sont super confortables, les chambres sont propres bien qu’un peu vieillissantes. Par contre le petit déjeuné est un vrai fiasco 😂 les deux matins nous sommes venus à 9h alors que celui-ci se termine à 10h, il n’y a déjà plus rien, il faut tout redemander sinon tout reste vides. Le service est juste mauvais. Dommage car le petit déjeuner pourrais être tellement mieux ! Mais bon c’est le seul gros point négatif. Le test est correct.
