Had a great night's sleep here! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of car parking space and the location is convenient for Cleethorpes, just a short taxi ride from the pubs yet. Jo working on the front desk was very nice and very helpful.

Room was a good size. Amenities were clean and comfortable. It was a very wet and windy evening. I was met by a very personable lady in reception (Scarlett). She seemed genuinely interested in my well being. A smile was a welcomed addition to my wet experience. I found the hotel to be clean and well presented. I recommend this to anyone visiting Cleethorpes. Well done and thank you.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean, quiet and relaxed stay! Would definitely recommend Fairly good accessibility. Heavy doors on the corridor made it impossible for me to do solo but no problem once in the room. Why make it so you have to write 200 words!

Arriving slightly early and very cold after a race, the staff were fantastic. They allowed us to check in early and went to put the heat on in the room whilst we were checking in . I can't thank them enough. Room was spotless and bed very comfy. Fluffy towels. Definitely recommend, we will be staying again.

Fantastic hotel, friendly and helpful staff, easy check in and out, nice big room, lovely big bathroom and nice to have a bath to soak in. Very clean and a quiet place to relax with a very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay again if in Cleethorpes.

The service was lovely and the staff were so welcoming, especially Ally, who is one of the happiest people I've met in a hotel/restaurant. She was dealing with an overwhelming amount of requests and calmly managed to deliver to all the guests. This really made such a positive experience to our night

Everything amazing from start to finish. Although just don't pull the cord out of the wall in an accessible room like my I did. My husband was in hysterics when the receptionist came running to our room. Wet room with chair is amazing for someone who has medical issues.
