Travelodge by Wyndham Clearlake

I booked 2 days using only one day only . They didn’t respect been checking out next day . I did not use second day they did not returned my money for extra day . Tv in bad service . The guy maybe the owner bad customer service . I won’t be stay for next time . I don’t recommend it .

Greeted by accomodating owner. Room was smelling nice and very clean. Highly recommend. Was quite and located next to local stores. Was a nice town on a pit stop to Eureka California .. will definitely stay again and with the Wyndham motels. They have always been nice. Thank you

Service was lacking (housekeeping was nice!), rooms were not kept as far as maintenance, and we felt annoying more than accommodated at simple requests of towels for our group (only 1 provided) and pillows.

My stay at Travelodge by Wyndham Clearlake was the WORST experience I have ever had in a motel, hotel, or hostel. The person who checked me in was noncommunicative and tried to short me one room: I had booked three rooms, and he only checked out two to me (even though my credit card had been charged for three rooms earlier in the day); when I told him that I had booked three rooms, he ignored me. He also ignored me when I questioned why I incurred an additional charge on my credit card without notice (I received an alert from my phone). In addition to the terrible service, the rooms were filthy and unsafe. There were holes in the walls, the door frame was broken (it looked as though the door had been kicked in; pieces of the door frame were in the corner of one room), the floor boards were peeling up from the ground, the walls were filthy, the bathtub was dirty, the rooms smelled terrible, the blinds/shutters would not stay closed...

The worst in my experience. My non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, no soap (believe it or not - and no apology when I had to ask for some), broken coffee machine. Never a thank you or, as I said, apology.

Too many guests actually living there. Made the experience uncomfortable. 5am smoke breaks outside our room and then yelling at the house keeper seemed to me they ran that place. Room was nice. Bathroom seemed like they skip it, walls dirty. Horrible. Front desk Guy great. But area had bad traffic with questionable people.
