Mal atendidos por los recepcionistas tanto en el día como en la noche ,, el baño muyyyyy viejo tenía una fuga cada vez que entrábamos al baño inundado y después no había agua ,, mis hijos se quedaron enjabonados en el baño y nadie hacía nada ,, la gerenta enojada porque le pedimos que nos pusiera agua ,,,, muy mal servicio nos tocó

Primero que no tenían la información tuve que enviarles un correo electrónico para confirmar mi reservación, no tenían controles ni de aire acondicionado y televisión tuvieron que ir a probar cual funciona y para la televisión no tenían , por la mañana no tenían información del disque desayuno hasta que me que he de que todo estaba muy mal operado todo fatal 👎👎👎
