I had a reservation for 2 nights from July 8th to July 10th. My flight was delayed so I arrived at the hotel at midnight. The person in the reception toll me that my reservation did not exist and that the hotel was full. I had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night. Next morning I found that my credit card was charged for the night. I called to the hotel and ask to speak with Salvador Alba which is supposed to be the manager but he did not want to take my call saying that he was busy. I called later and he again did not take my call. I am going to escalate this matter with Wyndham since I always star in their hotels and never had this experience.

Let me start with the negative points. Most hotels I stay at provide refrigerators in all rooms. For some crazy reason, this one does not have them in rooms with 2 queen beds. The only way I could get us a room with a fridge for our party of 3 adults was to book one with one king bed and a sofabed, which I did. (For future visits, I really wish they’d put refrigerators in the other rooms.) When we returned to the hotel after dinner and a show at 10:20 p.m., and we started getting ready for bed, we realized that the sofa bed had nothing for sleeping—no sheets, no blanket, and no pillows! I called the front desk. They said they would send someone up. However, they called back and said the people who could handle that had left. I said we could make up the bed if they would provide what we needed, but they said they did not have the sheets, etc. Over the next 40 minutes, there were three or four calls, during which we were offered to move to another room (who wants to do that just as you are getting ready for bed?), and the room still would not have what we needed! Or we could have 2 queens but no refrigerator. They even offered an “upgrade” from the “deluxe room” we had to a suite, but it would still have one king plus a sofabed with NO SHEETS, NO BLANKET, and NO PILLOWS! Finally, around 11:00 an employee arrived with a set of sheets, blanket, and pillows. He and I made the bed together. If, when I called the first time, they had said, “We’re sorry,” and immediately sent up what we needed, I would have been a little annoyed, but not so much. But spending 40 minutes in complicated negotiations in a foreign language is not my idea of settling down to go to sleep. I thought they owed us a rate reduction for the inconvenience, and I requested that the next morning. My request was passed on to the manager. When we checked out (after 2 nights), I learned the answer was no. The desk clerk said that manager had said it was not the hotel’s responsibility to have beds ready for guests(!), “we are not a full-service hotel,” and that they had had no idea that we would need the sofabed. (The reservation was for three adults. Did they think we would have a ménage à trois in the regular bed?) Other than the above, everything else was great! This is a new hotel. Everything in the room and public areas looked brand new. The mattress and pillows in the regular bed were very comfortable. My friend reported that comfort in the sofabed was so-so. Lots of light in the bathroom, and the shower was great. I would describe the fridge as half-size, larger that most hotel refrigerators; it even had a small freezer. Location is excellent, much closer to the border (think taxi fares!) than the hotels near the U.S. consulate. Some excellent restaurants, including Rocco Cantabria, are a few minutes’ walk away. There is a small Oxxo convenience store at the gas station across the street, and a Farmacias Guadalajara location a few blocks away (which we did not visit) is open

Let me start with the water! It smells horrible makes it so uncomfortable to even want to shower. Wifi is so bad, breakfast is okay . Only one elevator works and their transit vans staff claims doesn’t work to avoid taking guests to their appointments. Rooms are very small and sheets smell horrible as well had so many hair and stains, they don’t care about their guests only their money . If they did they would fix all these issues to insure everyone’s wellbeing and comfort . Only true benefit is you are right across from the consulate, we definitely did not renovate our stay here and went to the Hampton which ended up being cheaper and has a pool and gym along with breakfast. Also washer and dryer don’t work either !

I made a reservation here a couple of days before and when I arrived they had told me that they canceled my reservation because I had not confirmed my reservation even though when they emailed me (in Spanish btw, what if I didn't speak English) I had confirmed that I still needed the room. They emailed back saying to call the hotel, which I did and the first time they hung up on me and the second time they didn't answer. They said because I got there after 6:00 PM they canceled the room so I was left stranded in Juarez. I had no car so I had to walk to nearby hotels until I found an open room which was double the price I had expected to stay. All this on the day of the booking! How can I be checking my email if I am traveling?? Stay somewhere else. This place does not care about customers. Just how many rooms they can book.

General inside the hotel. However, Juarez is also a good value for money. It is about 20 minutes drive from the airport. It is not recommended to eat at the restaurant on the first floor. The restaurant service is not good. There is a big Liverpool supermarket near the hotel and a food street on the second floor. There are so many things to eat, and there are restaurants opened by Chinese people.

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel for a work trip; when I arrived, as it is fashion for this ”new normality”, I received a doctor, or I hope it was, and took temperature and a dose of anti-bacterial gel; The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. maybe I could bet for packing with some sticks and ornament plants and lighting part of the lighters... As for the room, it is pleasant, a quite comfortable bed, a desk to work, a cable-signal TV, i.e. passing, The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The SARS-CoV-2 pandemic is the subject of this SARS-CoV-2 because it is the format that it is taken to the room, perhaps this is the reason that it gets something cold and because it doesn't know as rich as when I was in the dining room. It is a very recommended hotel in which guest****.

Excellent service. Breakfast better than most us Hampton inn, with good Mexican dishes made from scratch. Cozy lobby and nice personnel. Issues, while rate, had been managed professionally by the staff. Tariff is also quite reasonable. The pool is perfect to spend summer time and you can go by foot to world class restaurants and night life. Very well placed

GGuest UserOK folks. So, Juarez is weird. Stay at this hotel and you won't be sorry. We started out at a neighboring hotel and let's just say it was GROSS. The Courtyard is - of course - ideal for business travelers but it suited our needs perfectly. So glad we moved. The location makes it nice for anyone with business at the US consulate. There's a nice lobby and restaurant, with amazing staff, and that makes it a great place to while away hours awaiting consulate BS. Please don't stay at ANY of those yucky places closer to the consulate. YOU'RE WELCOME, no seriously guys I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. Those other places are NASTY. The Courtyard is clean, hip, convenient, spacious. No need to look elsewhere!
¡Wow this hotel! I was surprised freely at my stay. A step from the CAS and consulate, you will find a hotel where your staff is committed to making your stay the best. We had to travel to Juárez to do some formalities and honestly the heart was loaded by so many pendants and by the formalities in itself. This place was a remant in the middle of so much stress: a super pleasant staff that with a smile will help you; clean, comfortable rooms and with what is necessary for your stay; a delicious breakfast (I don't know if it's because they do it with much love, but since they serve you it's beautiful); an ideal location if you go to formalities in the US Embassy, additionally that a shop with shops and restaurants is a little bit further. In conclusion: a SUPER hotel recommended for your stay in Ciudad Juárez. Mesaluna: ¡thanks, thanks, thanks! They are a GRAN hotel :)
PPatty MFront desk should be honest at the moment of check-in, I made a reservation for 11 nights, and just having to use 5 night. At the begging of the registration they offer to just penalty me with paying an extra day for having to leave early, and reimburse me the rest, which they failed to do; I went to Juarez for immigration reasons, You never know how many days you will need. Thank God the situation was resolved in 5, they told me to paid the 11 nights, when I checked in, and if I checked out before the 11th Night, they will refund the money at the time of check out, which is the equivalent to 5 nights. They offered me a COURTESY STAY? for the 5 nights that I did not stay! For me to use in the future, at first they said it was good for 6 months, then 12months at the end.... I was there for immigration purposes, and that is resolved thank God, I did not go to Cd Juarez for pleasure. We didn't have TV for one day and the internet was BAD the whole time we stayed. Other than that, the rest was ok. People outside, always alert of your entrance and exit, housekeeping, the breakfast. I'm upset because they should have told me since the first night, that if I paid at the counter, there was not going to be a refund. I would have paid the one night penalty from the 11 nights. Will loose one night = $970.00 but not 5. = $4,500.00 that is a lot of money to just throw away.
TtinvalroThe hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. Ironically, my only comment would be on the bathroom grid doors. In my case, in addition to heavy, grids to move them are not so functional and it makes it difficult just that, grab the door to move them. In and by the way everything is very good and functional.
GGuest UserThe staff are very friendly and very helpful to accommodate all your needs. Very nice people and like the location of the hotel is close to everything
111051319I was celebrating the “official” end of this cursed COVID pandemic with a biketour into MAGNIFICENT MEXICO, 10-13MAY2023. Specifically, I entered this fascinating country on 11MAY2023 at the Ft. Hancock-el Porveñir POE, cycling across the dry riverbed of the Rio Bravo/Rio Grande to user-friendly Ruta Dos. My route was straightforward: stay NW-bound from el Porveñir on the only all-weather road that paralleled the exotic river/boundary, passing through several communities, Including Praxedis G. Guerrero/Cazeta/Juárez y Reforma/San Agustín, before entering Cd. Juárez. In that massive/thriving community, my goal was simple: get to my reserved HOTEL MARIPINA before Sunset. I was already rather familiar with Cd. Juárez from many visits over many years, using different modes of travel, most often by bicycle. Now that I’ve “aged out” and require eHelp from an electric PAS, that meant overnighting in a motel where I can recharge the eBatteries in a ground-level (no longer do I have the strength to carry/drag a loaded bike up or down stairs!) room. The HOTEL MARIPINA was perfect! Room 108 had two queen beds, TV, full bathroom, lots of space, but no microwave nor mini-fridge—which makes sense because there is an attached restaurant. This was a tremendous unexpected bonus because both nights (11-12MAY2023) I overnighted here, it was SO EASY for me to have a delicious brekkie and NOT go out looking for food. All of the personnel, both at the front desk/kitchen, are extremely friendly and professional. I felt very welcomed, and definitely look forward to returning! This fine overnightery has my coveted “iWheel of Approval!”
