I recently stayed at Song Tien Hotel during my visit to My Tho, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. Here are the highlights: Location: Situated in the heart of My Tho City, the hotel overlooks the picturesque Bao Dinh River. It’s conveniently close to attractions and dining options. Facilities: The hotel offers free Wi-Fi throughout, making it easy to stay connected. Additionally, they have a restaurant, steam room, and spa facilities. The 24-hour front desk and airport transfer services add to the convenience. Rooms: I stayed in a Triple Balcony Room, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The crisp white linen added a touch of elegance. Value for Money: Song Tien Hotel provides excellent value for your budget. Compared to other properties in My Tho, it’s a steal! Guest Reviews: I’m not the only one who enjoyed my stay—other guests have also praised the hotel. They recommend it wholeheartedly! The rooms are large, the facilities are well-equipped, and there is a bathtub, although I don't need it. My room is closest to the river, so it's noisy starting at six in the morning. Overall quite satisfactory

I had the opportunity to stay at a hotel in My Tho city in June 2024, where the front desk staff were notably friendly and the breakfast was fairly comprehensive. My room, number 407, lacked windows and had a fairly hard bed, although the bathroom size was acceptable and there was a desk suitable for work. Despite these amenities, I find the hotel to be overpriced, charging 660k for the lowest rack rate. While the hotel features a rooftop bar, it is modestly equipped and the service there was disappointing. The staff at the rooftop bar lacked a basic understanding of customer service and hospitality, which greatly diminished my experience. Their insistence on closing promptly at 10 PM and rushing me to finish my drink was particularly frustrating. When I brought my concerns to the front desk, their only solution was to offer a 10% discount, which felt more dismissive than accommodating. This experience, along with other service issues, has left a sour taste in my mouth, not just for the hotel but for My Tho city as a whole. Unfortunately, I don’t foresee myself returning to either in the future.

Very good, riverside, very comfortable.

We travelled after more than 25 hours of flight with a child to Mekong Delta. Before that we had called the hotel by phone and made a room reserved for several days. At the arrival, the lady at the reception said that unfortunately there are only rooms with a 30% price increase and that our 9-year-old child must pay 20% of the room price again ... for what please? ! No extra bed, no larger room but request a surcharge when check in! She thought she had never offered us the cheaper prices. Therefore we wanted to talk to the general manager of the alleged 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, it was not possible as the receptionist told us. 10 minutes later, a young man met one of the managers and tried to bear the situation. In the room it smells as fungi and out of the bathroom. The carpet was crazy, flatty and smelling. From the hot tub refrigerator, the meals came to us. Our child wanted to go to the pool but the one was triste and uncared. The furniture all looked equally bad and health-hazardous. The pictures say more than a thousand words! It is definitely NO 4 star plant, service of individual employees resembles a corrupt basar market where education and courtesy do not play a great role. Sorry that you haven't yet recognized in the hotel management that hotel guests expect anything else for their money. Do not get this shit and enjoy the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam.
