Pools are good but should be open earlier and longer so you get a swim w/o screaming kids. I was told there was room service, a dining room, and breakfast. No one ever, ever answers the phone for room service. I got fully dressed and found the dining room, but no AC this hot August night. I left the premises for dinner. In the morning, they give you breakfast. Saturday, with Susan, was great. Sunday was a confused chaos nightmare. The Sunday lady was the problem. If you hire someone to take room service orders, you can make enough $$ to fix the AC.

The room is slightly smaller; The cleanliness is OK; Next to the road, so the sound of vehicles whistling by will be heard from time to time; It is a pity that there is no hair dryer; Stayed for two nights, but there seems to be no room clean service in the middle. I had a great stay at this hotel with my son. The staff was very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. It is conveniently located to everything. I only stayed one night and I parked my car at check-in and didn’t move it till check-out. I felt safe here and I would definitely book and stay here again.

We were in the area for a concert at PNC Bank Arts Center and just needed somewhere affordable to sleep for one night. Our room was large, with a kitchenette (with a full size fridge), but the room needs some updating. The towels in particular need to be replaced...they have exhausted their useful life. Our microwave did not work, and I intended to let the front desk know as I checked out, but there was no one at the front desk at 8:45 am when we left. They had coffee, tea, and oatmeal available in the morning. It was ok, but I will try somewhere the next time I am in the area.

We arrived at 8:30 from a long drive from Florida, checking in was a breeze, the concierge was very polite and even walked us to our room demonstrated where everything was at and how it worked. The room was amazingly clean and bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be our go to place when needed.
