Find the Cheap South Jordan Hotels

Comfortable, clean, convenient to the highway. We arrived separately and staff accommodated us by checking part of the group in earlier and having a key for me when I arrived later that evening. Also having a smaller size suite with doors was helpful in not interrupting anyone’s sleep. We were given breakfast coupons which we could use in their restaurant although there are plenty of places nearby for breakfast or coffee. My only complaint is that most of these places do not offer more than 1 small cup of coffee in the morning in the room. But not a deal breaker. We would stay again.

I have stayed here numerous times and the staff is always friendly, the hotel is always clean and comfortable, and I will easily recommend this hotel to business and leisure travelers alike. Convenient location between downtown and South Salt Lake.

Chose Embassy Suites based on the positive reviews and our recent experience staying at several of the Hilton hotel brands. The Hilton App is very user friendly. It is great to be able to check in on the app, choose our room location, and have our phone become the digital room key. Breakfast at the Embassy Suite brand offers a cooked- to-order omelette station which is far superior to most of the typical hotel breakfasts. Cleanliness of the room is very reliable and having a mini fridge, microwave and sink is very convenient. The evening cocktail hour is a nice perk. We would have liked to take our drinks outdoors in a plastic cup but the hotel was very strict about consuming the alcohol in the designated room for the cocktail hour. Would choose this hotel again.

The service of the hotel is very good, the service at the front desk is better, and the brand will be recognized in the future. Ctrip's overseas service is better . Will always choose Ctrip service, cheaper and more comfortable than other hotels. Good

CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISMS: 1) Wanted to use dryer near pool - couldn't do so. Dryers wouldn't take cash or a credit-debit-card. Only scanning-a-square-item. I paid $128 for a 32-GB-Motorola-phone 1 1/2 years ago, but it doesn't activate by scanning-square-item. Have subcontractor add cash-payment, & debit-credit-card-items. 2) Faucet-handle-for-sink not firmly attached. It spins all the way around. Room 117. 3) Humidity built up in room. Actually, a partial-compliment - your window seals well. Advise guests, that if humidity builds up in a room, open the outside-window about 2 1/2 inches for an hour. The hardest thing to do in the service industry is taking what works well and executing that service level reliably with every guest every day through staff and management changes, creating an expectation for your guests. This hotel not only understands this premise, but delivers. After a three year break in my SLC travels, I found myself back at this property. Every time I stay, I appreciate how clean and fresh the property looks. The lobby and rooms always look like they were just renovated (given my travel frequency to this hotel over prior years, renovating multiple times per year is unlikely). But they clearly take care of their property and do maintenance regularly so they don't have to wait for a major renovation. This approach avoids the tired rooms other hotels can offer about a year before such overhaul projects. The front desk team members are always polite and service oriented. ”How can I ... ?” is their mindset. Their restaurant team is very helpful, particularly if you need food to go for your day's travels. Excellent breakfast service with both a generous buffet and hot menu options made fresh. All this from a AAA three Diamond property. There are many other three and four Diamond properties that can learn from the management team here. That's a well earned compliment. Keep up the great work.
