Breakfast is small, but the price is not expensive. The equipment is a bit old, the air conditioner rang and the water flowed onto the carpet. Others are OK, next to the 141, easy to drive.
Great breakfast; super attentive staff; enjoyed the pool and workout facility. Staff greeted and I felt apppreciated. Had a great stay. Was greeted when leaving and coming in. Great room. Easy access to restaurants and shopping
I recently had an outstanding experience with Wayne, at the Atlanta Marriott Peachtree Corners, that truly exceeded my expectations. Wayne not only resolved my issue promptly but also followed up to ensure everything was as we discussed. Thanks to his immediate response, I was able to get the issue (which was my mistake) fixed, and my company’s concerns were extinguished. Wayne provided excellent customer service and professionalism, along with treating me with compassion and concern in my panic state. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional service I received from Wayne and will be recommending Marriott – specifically the Atlanta Marriott at Peachtree Corners - to colleagues, family, and friends.

I was overall just disappointed with this stay. I stayed at a Residence Inn in the Atlanta area in October 2021 and it was great. This Residence Inn was ok at best. To start with they charged $10 a night for parking! This was not a downtown hotel but one in a more secluded business/residential area. That was not clear AT ALL when I made the reservations and was a surprise when it was mentioned at check in. The room was fair to ok. The dishes in the kitchen were mismatched, there were no bowls or larger drinking glasses nor a cookie sheet to use in the oven. There was only a partial roll of toilet paper and no extra roll, which we figured out at 9:30 one night when we realized we had to go to lobby to get more. The breakfast was not good, nothing fresh, no fruit, everything had to be microwaved or was prepackaged cereal. Asked for a waffle- had been on the bar the 2 days previous and was told only for the weekend. We did not have any housekeeping so each day we had to call and get fresh towels and washcloths. The trash from our room was not picked up during our stay and again no extra bags left so we could change out the trash ourselves. The staff we encountered were nice and most were friendly. This hotel did not provide the service or transparency I had come to expect from Marriott. Just disappointed and would NOT recommend this hotel to someone. I would recommend finding another hotel in the area to stay in, not this one. I did contact Marriott about my experience and got an email reply that said in part ”I sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations. I have shared your feedback with the leadership team to ensure the necessary guidelines are in place and reviewed to prevent this from occurring in the future”.
Do not stay here. Infested with mold. ****** indians give moldy rooms to black people and clean rooms to white people. Pretend to be nice to black people and ask them to leave good reviews. I repeat, do not stay here! You will quickly notice there are no white people on the first floor which is the diertiest.
I foolishly paid for a week's stay online and then arrived to find an frighteningly empty lobby with an oversized tablet at the ”check-in” desk. The person in the videoscreen allowed me to see the room and a guy appeared and took me back to have a look. To be generous, the ambiance was military-warehouse with a double bed occupying 90% of the room and a tv on a dilapidated particle board box inches from the foot of the bed. I found another place to stay without missing a beat. But then, the hotel wouldn't give me a refund because I hadn't checked out. So, I went to the hotel again to check out and they prohibited my checking out OR checking in. They flat out refused to check me in or out in spite of my standing right there, and they had never given me a key so I had no access to the room at all. Still, they blamed me for their refusal to give me a refund because I didn't check out (they hadn't allowed that). I couldn't check in, and I couldn't check out, and they were just going to keep all the money I'd paid for the week's stay. That's the place. Expect the worst.

The hotel is quite new, an upgraded version of comfort inn, which is different from ordinary ones. The front desk staff is very nice and the facilities are also good. There is a gym swimming pool. The hotel is not far from Chinatown and Koreatown, only ten minutes drive away. Living here is a good choice if you drive by yourself.
Worst hotel customer experience I've ever had. I need to book a hotel room for a family member who was traveling in an emergency situation. I called Hilton reservation line, and they assured me that it would be no problem for her to check in because I added her to the reservation, prepaid the room, and could complete a form to cover any incidental charges. Jermaine at the front desk was extremely rude to her when she went to check in. I called him and said that she was trying to check in, and he again said that he would not be letting her check in and I could call the reservation line and ask for their help. He then cancelled my prepaid reservation on the spot without telling me and would not answer the telephone when I asked the service representative on the Hilton reservation line to call him and resolve the issue. When I tried to call him back directly to clarify, he told me that he was not going to let her check in, and that he didn't need to explain anything to me, and that he was going to hang up on me (which he did). I don't think I've ever been told that I was going to be hung up on by a customer service provider. I still don't know why this happened, and the Hilton customer service person I spoke to on the reservation line confirmed that the situation did not make any sense. To top it all off, I was told that I would still be paying for the reservation, even though it had been cancelled, because it was prepaid. I tried to book this hotel to make a difficult situation for a close family member a little better. Instead she was treated terribly, sat in the parking lot of a hotel in an unfamiliar city for an hour while I tried to sort it out, and ultimately left exhausted, with no room. Hilton and specifically Jermaine, made a bad situation much worse. Anyone considering a booking at this or any other Hilton property should give my experience some thought first.
The only reason my rating isn't a 1 is at least there were no bugs. Public areas seem to have been refreshed in this decade based on decor style and the same for a few things in the sleeping rooms. However, bedroom furniture, bathroom vanity, and tub appear to be right out of the 1980's. On top of that, the beds (at least in my room) were unbelievably uncomfortable...hard as a rock with zero support. They feel like their 8 year life expired 10 years ago. Front desk personnel was anything but welcoming/friendly...like my questions were a bother to answer. Additionally, I came back to the room the first evening to find the room hadn't been cleaned. In asking at the front desk, I was told icleaning had to be requested. One would think that is something a guest would be told at check in or have something clearly posted in the room. Nope, that wasn't my experience. With all of the hotels located in this area, needless to say, I'll spend my money elsewhere next trip to town.
