1. This is my second time staying at this hotel. The room is big enough and very clean. The facilities in the room are all available, impeccable and cost-effective. 2. Have free WIFI, good internet speed; 3. The free breakfast is very standard. The restaurant imports indicate the direction of the team dining in Chinese. We are also treated as a group of tourists, trying to sing us to eat elsewhere. This is the only dissatisfaction place; 4. Free parking is very large and very convenient; 5. There is a shrimp restaurant in the hotel intersection, very good, business is very good; 6. The hotel staff is very welcoming; 7. The towel on the front of the bathtub was very interesting. I didn't want to take it apart. I put it on the washstand as it was; 8. I will probably stay in early next year, hoping that I will not be taken to the side to have breakfast.
Booked this hotel with my mother for three days to attend a family member’s 90th birthday. There is ample parking and spots for charging your vehicles (though it is always being used). Upon arrival, we were greeted at the reception. The foyer was very basic but instructions were provided in detail. There is a pool, a restaurant that also offers dinner though we only had breakfast since we were there just for a family function. The room is average in size, nothing that will awe you. The bedsheets though, seemed to have seen better days so I had to put a spare bath towel to sleep on. The suite is very functional with the kitchen, a dining table, and the lounge all together. There were two en-suite, which is very convenient. The building appears to be secured since you will need your security key to enter the second part of the building where the rooms are located. I had to collect my cousin downstairs who brought us dinner, since she is unable to get in. Overall, a pleasant stay. It’s very affordable. I would come back since it fits the needs of my family to visit our relatives in Northern California.
Want a real home! All facilities are complete, there is an outdoor swimming pool, the opposite market has a lot of food, supermarkets, and good memories

I taught a Hospitality/Tourism course and reached out to GM D’Vina, who was so kind to help my students. Fast forward to a fire in our house… D’Vina came to my rescue again, this time, providing my family a beautiful, large, PET FRIENDLY 2 bed/2 bath/living rm/kitchenette suite from 12/2021-12/2023. Carys, Brianna, Shella, Eleanor, Alina, Mario and staff, treated us like family, celebrating 2 years together! Karla served us HOT BREAKFASTS, while Patricia made sure we had a LIGHT DINNER/DRINKS M-W. Ileda and her amazing crew ensured our rooms were always serviced and clean. Jorge and Cesar were constantly cleaning the huge, complimentary LAUNDRY ROOM, GYM, common areas, nice TV/GAME room with high top tables, CONFERENCE room, and HEATED POOL/BBQ area. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this beautiful hotel for BUSINESS, PLEASURE & EXTENDED STAY! It is conveniently located right off 880 in the heart of the SILICON VALLEY, close to bridges connecting North and West as well as highways South and East. BONUS! We stayed during the pandemic and WFH was great with free, fast and reliable WI-FI!
When I went to the hotel, it was almost 12 o'clock. There was a meeting at 12:45. The hotel stipulated that the check-in could be done after 3 o'clock. I went to the front desk and asked if there was any room available for early check-in. Hour. After sitting for a while, the front desk did not seem to help me check the vacant room. It seemed that it would take a certain time to help me. I checked the nearby hotels with the same price and star rating and made a phone call. I had to cancel this one and go to another one, but the front desk didn't seem to want to cancel and said to help me check. Then the room was arranged. In fact, I asked the cleaning staff, there are enough empty rooms. I would like to say that the hotel has hotel regulations, which I have always followed, but in special circumstances, and there were no other customers at the time, why didn’t I understand the flexibility? What’s the difference between being empty for three hours and staying three hours early? Is there a loss? If there is no vacant room, it is another matter. You can check in at the time, but if you have a vacant room, this hotel is not a high-end hotel. The same hotel next door also says check-in after 3 o'clock, but you can check in after 12 o'clock if there is a vacant room. Why is this one so strong, it doesn't look at the customers at all, and directly asks the sitting hall to wait. Can a business go on without flexibility, without change, in this economic situation?
Had a great walkout patio that looked into pool area - may have gotten lucky since the pool was peaceful and quiet through our stay. Room had microwave, coffee maker, mini-fridge, large room safe, iron & board, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, make up mirror, hair dryer.
I was there for a week for work. I rented a PURE Wellness room. Let me start with the pro. I left food in my frig and didn't remember for a few hours after I left. They had someone gather my food and allowed me to return and get it. I really appreciated that. Now to the cons. I got up during the night on the first night to use the restroom. The lights are on motion sensors and turn on when you move so lights are going off. That totally destroyed my sleep. I thought they would go right off again, but the one took over an hour when I tested it. I had to get up a second time to turn off the lights. I'm there for a good night's sleep and definitely didn't get one. I don't remember having motion sensors in hotel rooms. I had a headache all day and couldn't work efficiently. The next day after returning to the hotel, I asked the front desk how to turn off the motion sensors. Her name was Jenny, and she asked why I expected her to know. She just runs the front desk. So I asked do I go get duct tape and tape up the sensors, and she just shrugged. With such unhelpfulness at the front desk, I didn't bother her with the other questions/problems I had. I was too tired to go back out so I used things in the room: ironing board and sheets and blankets in the closet, towels, etc. It was a hassle to use the lights and re-set every night, but at least they didn't go off during the middle of the night again. I thought of the good things about the PURE Wellness but didn't think of the bad. The fans were extremely loud -- well beyond white noise which helps you to sleep. It was also impossible to do a conference call or even a telephone call in the room. I either had to leave the room or go in the bathroom and close the door -- neither is good for work calls. They have a desk for working in the room but didn't bother to put lighting there. Can't see or hear. I used the pool a couple of times while there. There were storms which brought down palm fronds and other debris. They cleared the walkway by throwing the fronds and debris on the grass but didn't clear anything from the pool or hot tub. They also didn't have clean towels -- only left dirty ones in the bin. I used room towels. The breakfast didn't work for me. The waffles were pre-made and had clusters of sugar in each bite. Breakfast was late each and every single day even though there were quite a few people waiting each morning at 6:30. The women running it put bowls, plates, and silverware out last and gave people the evil eye if they used a coffee cup to get food or took whole fruit while they were still setting up even if it was already 6:40 and people have to get to jobs. They clearly knew how long it took to set up and clearly planned to be late every day, I planned to use a gift card to pay for my room. The woman didn't know how to use it so I was forced to use my credit card. Not what I planned for but pretty consistent with my experiences there.
Stayed here for a family event nearby. Older but nicely renovated hotel. Lots of food and shopping choices close by and easy freeway access. Great staff, friendly and accommodating. We were able to get an early check-in for two rooms without issue or extra change, which was very much appreciated. Will stay here again if the situation arises.
I enjoyed the hospitality I received while visiting Extended Stay Fremont/Newark. I liked the service provided to me by the front desk staff and the cleanliness of my room. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I would definitely come back for another visit.
