The hotel is strategically located, opposite naitick mail, there is Macy's Department Store, there is food court on the second floor, there is Chilefang and pizza, there is a supermarket Aldi not far away, I am very convenient to buy fruit, and the elevated road to Boston is also very close.
Unfortunately, this hotel is not up to Marriott standards. Yes, the lobby looks refreshed which is probably true but the rooms have not been changed in 20 years. The tub in the bathroom is disgusting. The overall look and feel of the room is dated and tired there are scrapes on the dressers and Wallpaper peeling it's just a hot mess. To the point where I went out and purchased slippers so I didn't have to walk on the carpet. I was kind enough not to request service every day being there for a week but when I asked for service it wasn't done. And when I went to the front desk to ask, they looked at me like I had six heads. The front desk people don't seem to have any hospitality in them at all nor do they clean the room cleaning people. It's such a sad state of a hotel I wouldn't side my worst enemy there after spending a week run don't walk away from here. There is a new hotel on route nine call the aloft, I would recommend you stay there over staying here. There's also a new residence inn in Natick, which would be a better choice.
I booked this hotel for a friend. I took my children to see the school and stayed in this hotel. The facilities are very good, and the attitude is also very good. Check-in went smoothly. The security deposit for this hotel is paid every day, which is a bit unexpected.

Friendly and easy check-in. Room was clean with comfortable beds. The best part was the breakfast! We usually book hotels that offer free breakfast in the morning because it's just so much easier with kids. But most hotels have small and over crowded dining rooms. Not this place - the breakfast room was large with lots of space between tables. The food stations were also well laid out. We were just there for one night but Hampton Inn Boston-Natick was a lovely stop over on our vacation.
My husband and I sold our home and were traveling through to South Carolina. We realized we desperately needed to sleep and just pulling into a rest area wasn’t going to cut it. I rolled in, bleary eyed and half asleep at 2am on 3/25 after making the reservation on the phone. I cannot remember the name of the woman at the front desk because information was just not sticking, but she was SO wonderful. First, she made an exception for us because we have two dogs when they usually only allow one. She also offered enough bottles water for all of us, dogs included, and put us on the first floor for ease with the pups. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were able to sleep for 5-6 hours before getting back on the road in the morning. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize and express my gratitude for the lovely woman at the desk overnight for being so kind to a couple exhausted from moving all day!
The hotel is simple and casual in style, and the rooms are clean and simple. It was my first time in Boston. The hotel is located in the western suburbs of Boston, 30 minutes away from the airport, with beautiful scenery along the way.
Located in Framingham, Framingham Inn is within a 5-minute drive of Framingham State University and Shoppers World. This hotel is 7.2 mi (11.6 km) from Wellesley College and 20.6 mi (33.2 km) from Fenway Park.
This hotel has 2 floors in 1 building and offers designated smoking areas.
Enjoy a meal at the restaurant or snacks in the hotel's coffee shop/cafe. Wrap up your day with a drink at the bar/lounge. A complimentary continental breakfast is included.
The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 30 air-conditioned rooms featuring LCD televisions. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and cable programming is available for your entertainment. Bathrooms with bathtubs or showers are provided. Conveniences include phones with free local calls, and housekeeping is provided daily.
We stayed at the Boston Marriott Newton to attend a concert at Fenway Park. Access to the T was close, but not walkable (had to take a highway). Maybe a 5-10 minute drive. Hotel itself was very nice, staff was very accommodating and gave us an early check-in as requested. There was a little coffee shop (Starbucks coffee) and lots of snacks and light fare available, even after midnight when we got back. Our room was on floor 3, which is actually below the lobby and kind of underground, which was a little strange. There was a huge window with natural light, but the bedding felt very damp. The room did not smell musty though, and was very clean. The signs indicated a merry-go-round on the 6th floor so we went up for our child to ride it, but it turned out to just be a conference room which was disappointing (they should change the name). Overall we were happy with our stay. The damp bedding was my reason for 4 stars, otherwise I would have given 5.
Honestly, I would only stay here again if attending an on-site event. The conference area, bar, and lobby are updated and nice, but the rooms could really use a major update (in fact, we stayed for an event a few years ago and rooms needed updating then). Our room was quite large, with sofa and sitting area, as well as a giant closet, so the space is set up well. It's just old - carpets were torn, paint scraped off walls, and I had to lift the wall air conditioner back into place; luckily it still worked (our friends' room did not), even though it was noisy. Bathrooms could use a redo as well - just very worn out, peeling wallpaper, and our sink faucets spun and leaked when we tried to turn the water on and off. And beware of the smaller elevators - my hand got stuck in one and the door wouldn't reopen until I hit the call button.
