I stay here every time I am in the area. Esha at the front desk is always friendly efficient and has GREAT customer service. Everyone from housekeeping to breakfast to maintenance is friendly and personable. Location is great as well . Conveniently located to several dining options and a Starbucks (which is great too) . Theres free breakfast with several options , a laundry facility and fitness center . Some rooms also have jetted tubs at great rates too Highly recommend this hotel . Great people š great prices š

It is not very good, and business travel is recommended. The hotelās Christmas setting has a snack, and a carriage ride around the hotel, unlike other hotels that have a whole tree. The most comfortable place is that you can easily see large forests and Illinois skylines by the window, beautiful!

I love this hotel. What makes this hotel fantastic is the employees. Sam at the front desk was extremely helpful, but actually everyone that works at the hotel is great. The breakfast is fantastic especially the eggs. I had an egg white omelette with a lot of fresh vegetables. The service was great also! The rooms are very nice and spacious.

Excellent location, professional and excellent staff , fantastic room and very clean bathroom . Beds were firm, my room location had an excellent view. Not really a complaint but the luggage carts were a bit worn out. Other than that it was an excellent stay.

This is a nice, big classic Marriott located in a business area with lots of good restaurants nearby. While itās not a brand new property, itās been renovated over the years and looks great and is sparkling clean. Starbucks and Sixt Rental Cars in the lobby. Our room, 701, was great and spacious and the bed was comfy. Not enough outlets near the bed and no USB ports like you find in newer properties. They have the new bulk Marriott toiletries which are terrific. Only two minor complaintsāfirst, they apparently do a lot of weddings at this hotel and the room across from ours is where the very loud wedding party ended up at 2 am and despite a call to the front desk, the noise continued. Second, I travel a lot and Iām used to hotel drink prices, but a couple old fashioneds without fancy whiskey shouldnāt cost 50 bucks with a tip. Absolutely Iād come back and stay here again.

The staff and stay always great. Had to stay over a week. Very accommodating. Rooms were nice size. Coffee and breakfast bars to start your day. Great getaway with nice restaurants and convenient shopping literally less than 5 minutes away. Very understanding staff and everyone friendly and professional.

GGuest UserI stayed here a couple years ago and it went smoothly. This time, not great. The GREAT: the staff was very friendly and courteous and attentive to our needs. The room was clean, all good in the room. The GOOD: The breakfast was an average hotel hot breakfast - eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juices, etc. Did not use the pool or hot tub but looked fine. The BAD: At breakfast there were maybe five kids (looked about ages 8 to 14) all in the breakfast area with only swimsuits - no shoes, no shirts - hovering all over the waffle station. They continued to get breakfast and (more or less) take over the breakfast area. It wasn't the fact they were hovering over the food and eating in there without shirts or shoes, but the fact no one in the hotel staff spoke up to them. Loss of appetite after this. We saw a woman (who appeared to be pregnant) wearing an ankle bracelet wandering the hotel - I'm assuming she was a guest but not sure. Hallway windows open for no reason - mid March so not all that warm. Faint smell of smoke in the hallways. The fire alarm went off twice in our two night stay. First on a Saturday afternoon (during an afternoon nap) the second went off around 1:30am. Everyone was forced to go to the lobby. Didn't seem to be any sort of emergency. The firemen that showed up had no sense of urgency and almost seemed a little perturbed to be there - maybe a regular occurrence? I contacted Marriot and they refused to compensate me financially or with any points. Will I stay here again? Probably not. Would I recommend? I'd simply say - beware. Maybe I just caught them on a bad weekend. Happy Travels....

Standard Fairfield Inn decor and room accommodations. The staff is what separates this location from others. Jan at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. I got in about 5 hours ahead of normal check-in and asked by chance if I could check in early. They were able to accommodate me in no time. This was very much appreciated.

ē°ē°The overall hardware and software environment is very good, breakfast can also be enough seats, may line up. Location 10 km drive to Outlet, very close to the city of Nebowell about 4 km. There are a lot of food and shopping there.

JJINGThe hotel booked during the summer vacation is about 10 minutes walk from the nucleic acid test institution. It is quite convenient. The hotel environment is also šļø. The key also includes breakfast. There are quite a lot of varieties. It is within 30 minutes drive from the airport. Recommended recommendation

GGuest UserI only ever have one complaint about hotel. The cops dr river through the parking lot fairly regularly. That said it hasn't ever really affected me and the stay is always quiet, clean, cheap, and convenient. The staff is helpful and friendly, and I doubt they control the police situation. Keep it up, red roof!
