Great place to attend a fabulous convention. Flexible space with a sweet vibe, and comfortable rooms. Thanks to all the staff for the enthusiastic welcome and support—especially Enrique who took great care of us (several times) in the restaurant.
It is a half hour drive from O'Hare International Airport, a short distance from the city, the surrounding environment is beautiful, the room is clean, the front desk service is very good, and the breakfast is good.
When we first walked in, their was someone standing at the front desk waiting to greet us, unlike most hotels where you have to wait around for somebody's help. We received cookies, which were a pleasant surprise, extremely delicious, and warm. Check in was really easy, the person at the front desk was very pleasant we could tell she liked her job, she was also efficient and fast. The room was very clean and didn't smell like pets or cigarettes, like most hotel rooms do even though they say they are non smoking. We did notice the furniture was outdated and heavily used; however it is expected, because it is a hotel room. We did not come to sit in the room and look at the 4 walls, we wanted to experience the amenities the hotel provides.
I walked in with low expectations because every hotel I've been to with a pool and a hot tub one or the other does not work. This is even after calling the hotel before booking a reservation we end up being disappointed. I was extremely satisfied when both the pool and hot tub were operational and clean. The pool towels were actually on the deck so you didn't have to go to the front desk to get them. There was an incident at the pool with 3 young teens who couldn't handle a certain kind of substance and the one ended up vomiting and all the girls ran away with out reporting it. When we called the front desk they came quickly and cleaned it up. There was a small fitness center off to the side of the pool and was well kept and clean.
Breakfast was organized, the food was cooked in variation, which I enjoyed, because I do not like my food overdone. The waiter was super friendly and very attentive to our needs they will definitely have my business again.

There are three Chinese restaurants next to the hotel. There are post offices and supermarkets nearby. They are all within walking distance. They are far from the airport and suitable for self-driving. This place is not far from Chicago, but it is safe.
This is a nice, big classic Marriott located in a business area with lots of good restaurants nearby. While it’s not a brand new property, it’s been renovated over the years and looks great and is sparkling clean. Starbucks and Sixt Rental Cars in the lobby. Our room, 701, was great and spacious and the bed was comfy. Not enough outlets near the bed and no USB ports like you find in newer properties. They have the new bulk Marriott toiletries which are terrific. Only two minor complaints—first, they apparently do a lot of weddings at this hotel and the room across from ours is where the very loud wedding party ended up at 2 am and despite a call to the front desk, the noise continued. Second, I travel a lot and I’m used to hotel drink prices, but a couple old fashioneds without fancy whiskey shouldn’t cost 50 bucks with a tip. Absolutely I’d come back and stay here again.
The hotel facilities are general, there are restaurants around the hotel, and it is convenient to travel. It is also convenient to go to Ole. It is also very convenient to call Uber at the hotel. It is very convenient to go to the airport or Ole. The hotel has no breakfast, you can have breakfast at the surrounding restaurants, and there is a restaurant opened by Taiwanese. The beef noodles in the store are superb and can be taken away.
Excellent location, professional and excellent staff , fantastic room and very clean bathroom . Beds were firm, my room location had an excellent view. Not really a complaint but the luggage carts were a bit worn out. Other than that it was an excellent stay.
Stay one day, breakfast is good, stay one month, try breakfast again,
Everything else is good, there are post office, supermarket, several Chinese restaurants within walking distance, suitable for living
