Stayed here for our 20th anniversary. The service is excellent. The room is great and has everything you need. Great view from room, very comfortable bed, fridge/freezer packed with soft drinks but plenty of room for more stuff, Wolf microwave, snacks, Toto toilet, Charmin toilet tissue, nice shower, huge tub, and large couch. Food and drinks at the bar are delicious. Beach valet service was great, and nice that we were ble to get a ride to a restaurant for dinner. Cons: Need more food options after pool bar closes. Open-air gym gets very hot and humid after sunrise, and forget about trying to use hotel wi-if in the gym - it doesn’t work there. Overall, a great stay, and we would return.

Not a friendly solo experience with Westin Ocean Villas North. It’s quite apparent the resort caters to families only even though they have studio rooms like the one I was in this time. Didn’t get the Aloha Spirit I’ve received with my family in the past 25 years being an owner. The jacuzzi bathtub in the rooms are Not cleaned properly so beware of that and just skip getting in them. I ran a tub and the jacuzzi jets turned on spewing black gunk out of the jets. House keeping doesn’t clean inside the jets or clean the filter. Heath Hazard. I’m sad to say, after 25 years we will not return to Lahaina again. Too expensive to really enjoy yourself when it’s so commercialized here in Lahaina. Aloha

Lumeria Maui is our most favorite Hale to stay when we visit Maui. Their upcountry location is perfect for a central location to explore all of Maui. This nature inspired meditative retreat is at the steps of so many things to do, and the entire staff will bode with tremendous suggestion. Candice, Brandi and Char are the most friendly and professional house staff while Preston, Shane, and Kyle provide comfort breakfasts every morning of your stay. You will be very well cared. Please avail yourself to an Energy session with Brooke Howsley on Friday mornings and find a Sarah Rothman Hatha class during your stay for sure. Enjoy!

This was our first time going to Maui Bay Villas and we loved it. We only had enough points to reserve a standard view room so next time we might save up points to get an ocean view room. But we still loved our standard one bedroom unit with the really nice amenities inside and the pretty views outside. Plus it was not far at all to walk to the swimming pools and beach areas. Our favorite part of the resort was the restaurant right on the beach with windows that highlighted the views but kept the wind from blowing on us when we were eating and drinking. The pool on that side of the resort was nice too and we were able to take some great sunset pictures from the little beach right there. I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. Everyone we talked to was so friendly and professional. And Myra the manager came over to greet us after one issue we'd had before we arrived to make sure we were having a great time now that we were here. Gina the concierge was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about helping us find new activities to do since this was not our first trip to Maui. She truly helped us plan out a great itinerary so that we were able to really maximize our time here on the island. Thank you again for everything. We will definitely stay here again.

We did a sister trip for our birthdays and thru the recommendation of a dear friend we were able to get a room here and we couldn’t have been happier. Everything was amazing from the location which is perfectly centrally located, to the room and most importantly the hosts from Joanna and Kaui to everyone I spoke to at the desk. Working in the industry for 27 years I know good customer service when I feel it … and the host of the Maui Coast Hotel are top notch! My sister and I can’t wait to go back! It was early in the morning when the plane arrived late at the hotel, and our order could not find our order at the time, which was delayed for a while. She therefore waived us $ 12 for parking. Love this flexible approach. The hotel room was clean and close to the airport but the plane was a bit noisy when taking off and landing.

While it is a Days Inn, no frills, basic room, it is a great location right on the beach. Friendly staff too. We called to see if they would store our luggage prior to check in (so it wouldn’t be visible in our jeep while we drove the road to Hana). They accommodated us gladly. They provide nice beach towels as well.
