On the edge of Highway 46. Breakfast during the new crown is very simple, a bottle of water or orange juice and two biscuits. There are Chinese fast food, Italian restaurants, bakeries, pizzas next to the hotel. There is also a food store and a 24-hour McDonald’s within a ten-minute walk.

I was traveling for business with myself and 4 others for a conference. A different local hotel was the conference hotel and it was HORRIBLE - so much so that most conference attendees had left. I frantically called Hampton Inn & Suites and the manager Ryan told me ”no worries, come here and we'll take great care of you all” and he was SO RIGHT! Once we arrived, Ryan and Dexter eased my nerves and went out of their way to secure us accommodations for our group of 5 people at 11pm in the evening. They were SO AMAZING! The facility is beautiful, clean, and I truly cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff are and what exemplary customer service they provide. THANK YOU Ryan and Dexter!

The location of the hotel is very good, in the commercial center, the facilities are complete, there is a small surprise in the room, there is a small reception room, so I will not affect the family.

I stayed at this hotel was very nice customer service clean room I enjoyed it now I'm here in Pennsylvania the customer service is rude no towel had to go Landry room ask for them on day 4 very nice girls but I asked a guy that was working there on May 19 if I could stay for a few hours give them extra money for few hours so rude because of my flight he said we don't pay by the hour gotta pay for the hole night we have house keeping here check in is 3 or 4 ok I was only staying a few hours so they would get Xtra money and still be able to rent the room stupid then house keeping mattress was smoking out side the room I was said gotta be 50 feet away realy there was a tiny sign in the hall way that the guy showed me Noone can see it aweful your hotel was so nice I'm gonna say to everyone go to your hotel not that far I was here for a funeral the couldn't be nice unbelievable but got homeless people living here and I'm a traveler paying good luck to them no breakfast no coffee horrible and I've been to many roofs in there aweful to the costumers the girl at nigh was so nice but the guy rude

Overall good, the new Indian general manager is amiable and hands-on. The water is hot and there is a bathtub to soak in. It's just that you can smell the odor after entering the door, maybe the new management will eliminate these odors soon. There is a restaurant opened by Fujianese next to the hotel, which tastes very good and is worth tasting.

Very much appreciate the front desk team, they are courteous and helpful, and provide a caliber of service above what you might expect at a Courtyard property. The entire hotel is very clean - lobby, eatery area, main lobby restroom and of course our room. While the hotel might lack beautiful surroundings - it is tucked away behind an office building - the courtyard out back is very nice with garden and seating areas! Many, including us, will find it a very convenient location with the Willowbrook shopping mall and countless other stores & restaurants literally minutes away, and easy access to/from Rts 46, 3, 80 and Garden State Parkway. I’m sure we will be back!
