Best welcome. Check-in was fast and friendly. Staff were very helpful and informative. Breakfast was good The young gentleman at the bar was a very fun person to deal with. When we asked for off the menu cocktails, he said let's try them together. :) The only issue that I had with my stay was the size of the shower. I'm a middle size male and I could not turn in the shower without hitting the door or walls. Other than that everything was fantastic.
My wife and I had such a nice time here, we were warmly welcomed and even received a room upgrade when we arrived. They have a lovely pool/bar area for some decent relaxation time. The villas are authentically decorated and built from ruins with lots of love. The place is nestled away in the quiet village of Kayaköy just near the ghost village (which is a must visit) away from the tourist areas. Within walking distance to some very good Turkish restaurants and a little shop where you can grab basic supplies. We were very well looked after! Ali and his daughter Doğa are hospitable, personable and warm, always up for a chat and always smiling. They happily helped us with every need and they recommended lots of things to see and try or avoid in and around the area. You can also request to have a BBQ which is cooked on site with the freshest ingredients. Breakfast is also amazing with fresh chicken eggs and vegetables straight from their garden, I would call this place authentic! If you are after a holiday resort full of tourists with no connection to culture or nature this place isn’t for you. they do book up in peak times so I would get in there early. This place is truly special, a hidden gem. Thank you for having us! We hope to be back again one day.

This hotel is in a remote, stunning location nestled in forested hills. It is ideal if you want a quiet base away from tourist town life. Local towns are only a 20minute taxi ride away or a 40minute bus ride. Buses come every hour. The hotel is basic, which is reflected in the price, but it is immaculate and has all you need and much more for a comfortable stay i.e. amazing air con, very clean rooms, a blacony with stunning views, substanial breakfast included, thorough house keeping, access to a washing machine for a small charge and a very well maintained pool area. We wanted a simple but clean base to come back to after we had explored local towns and gone on excursions, but this gem ended up being much more than that. The selling feature more than any facilities is the new manager. This young man went out of his way to arrange taxis and give us advice. I feel that we used this accomodation at just the right time and he will market this property well and others will discover what a find it is.
If this had been our first trip to Turkey and stayed here we certainly would not have returned. This hotel is so overpriced, our room was advertised as having views of pine trees, in fact what we got was a balcony in what I can only describe as a greenhouse, we couldnt even open the balcony door it was a billion degrees in there. Got an upgrade to a seaview which was great and the rooms are twice the size, but you can hear everything in neighbouring rooms, extremely off putting. Then the works started, drilling, arch welding, banging not one word of apology or warning from the management. The day before the end of our stay we awoke to find scaffolding had been errected and attached to our balcony, this was covered in cement dust and so was our beach towels and a pair of shorts that had quite clearly been trodden on as the foot print on them was a size 10! The scaffolding had been put up the previous day whilst we had been on a boat trip and we had gone straight out to dinner with friends so hadnt noticed it that night. The best bit was when i got out the shower just a towel round my waist and theres matey boy painting our balcony ! ! Had to stop my husband throwing him off ! ! ! Surely these works should have been done out of season. We promptly booked into another hotel which has just been taken over by an English lady married to a Turkish guy. (Levent Hotel) how welcoming and homely, so much so we are going back to them next year. Ata Park is such a bad hotel, the management of it is appalling a complete lack of regard for its guests, although a handful of staff were very polite this was out weighed by the down right rude and really couldnt care a less ones, in particular the daytime bloke on reception, what a horrible little man!!! You have been warned ! ! !
I can first write my negative opinion, there were small spiders in our bedroom, but I can't say bad because the season was earlier and because we were very disturbing*. We could stay one night for a journey in the horse*sphere because we really were happy, but if we could find a place again, it would be our first choice, Personnel laughterful local staff are available only laughterful, all kitchen equipment in the room is enough for us, a bedroom you will comfort in long stays and a living room independent of each other 1+1 studio apartment two laundry in the room This is a very beautiful situation that Jakuzi works and looks at the Jakuzi directly into the marine. This is a very elegant view of our room. Please state that*k I want to say that we haven't had any problems in the room and in the chick, everything was very beautiful for us thank you
