Otelde 2 günlük bir Safranbolu gezisi için konakladık. Hotel has nice location, not in the historical centrer, but nearby in the modern part of the city, you have a lot of convenience stores, restaurants with cheap prices, and very close to the historical part of city. Staff is very kind. Breakfast is in form of buffet, nothing special, but just enough. It is very loudly in the room, walls are completely not soundproof, and there is a lot of loud noise from the very busy street. Car parking is just parking at the street in front of hotel, so not best option, but it is. Please note despite AC is mentioned in the offer, there were no remote controller to turn it on, and at reception they told us AC is not working. Given that you can find better hotel for less money, I had bigger expectations to this hotel.

As far as this homestay is concerned, the operator is a family of three, the male owner is responsible for communication, and the hostess is responsible for cooking. We stayed for two nights and the hostess told us that the next day's breakfast was 9 o'clock. She may be shy? ? But the first attraction was not opened due to the power outage, and we stayed for 10 minutes for the second attraction. Later, when I returned to the hotel, I told the boss about this. He also checked with the driver that these things did happen. He said that the driver received a high price. The local travel agency included a car guide meal and it was only 60 euros. He could not let his tenants be treated like this. I will definitely tell the driver that this thing will be given to me again. A reply, but he didn't mention this until the moment of check-out, I don't know what a blend between them.

The view is stunning, and the room is clean, although I was a bit disappointed because I didn’t get the room I had booked. I reserved a room with a balcony but didn’t receive one. However, it’s okay because the host is very friendly, and you won’t go hungry while staying here.

We stayed with my mother one day, there was no care and concern to us until we left our hotel. Murat Mr and his wife Selma Lady really are very good people. The rooms are very clean, breakfast is wonderful and so nutrient, even the evening tea enjoyment is very beautiful on the terrace. The view is perfect, especially from the terrace you can see all of Safranbolu. It is a lodging I can prefer without hesitation if I go to Safranbolu again ...

This truly is a family owned and operated business, starting with a personal welcome at check in. You leave your shoes downstairs, then walk up the stairs to your room. I got room #202, a large room with double bed and spare single, lots of space and great panoramic views over Safranbolu through the small window. Bathroom is small and basic, but adequate. If I had 1 negative it would be the very bad light in the room : 1 cold white ball hanging central from the ceiling, killing the charm of the authentic setting and making reading impossible. Breakfast starts late at 8am, but is deliciously freshly prepared by the lady of the house : sunny side up with tasty spices, cheese, some sort of rolled pancake, home-made jam and crispy bread. Location is not bad : easy walking down to center, but it's all the way back up returning and you may need a map to find it.
