Find the Cheap Nossa Senhora da Anunciada Hotels

Location is wonderful, and so is the whole building and surroundings. But comparing price/quality there is really something missing. We spent 3 nights in weekend High season, but there was no management at all.We had to wait more than 3 hours before we could have our room, although we send a mail to ask for an earlier check in than 16.00. Not possible, we have to waited till 16.15 . We have been in many 5 stars places all over the world, but never had this situation. Thanks to Mr Joao de Sousa we we're calm down. He treated and helped us later with everything, and that made our stay good. Our superior terras room was located perfect, clean and cool, but the decoration is for that price some dated. The bathroom very small and not really comfortable. In the adults pool only three umbrellas, to protect all the guests from the sun. sunbeds we're not very clean, and the pool towels, is really not done, in a 5 star Hotel member of the Leading hotels of the world. The quality of the breakfast was 3 stars, only 2 sorts of unripe fruit, and no fresh bread at all. We have had diner several times, at the fantastic Terras outside, but please put mores covering to protect people for the extreme sunburning. quality of the food was good, specially my fish was perfect prepared, and again I say, the very kind service of Mr Joao, David, and several other members of the restaurant was really touching. They did their job more than fantastic. So overall, the place has so many strong assets, location, building, history, surroundings, but some for us important details we're missing, and the feeling that there was no management to talk with, but the location is Portugal on it's best! my partner and I stayed here for a week. The location is good and the views are amazing. People are friendly. What surprised me is that the breakfast was not included in the price and to be honest 7,5 euros per person for breakfast is too much, especially what's offered and knowing that if you take breakfast in a local cafe you might pay 3 or 4 per person. The hotel needs urgent maintenance. We had a safe in the room that we could not use as it was not working.

We booked this hotel not knowing much about it from the U.S. we are staying 19 days and it is a wonderful hotel. The people are very nice and professional. The room is very basic like we were looking for and very clean. The breakfast has a great variety of breads and fruit with eggs and sausages. The coffee is very good with a wide variety. I would recommend this to anyone that doesn’t need a fancy place to stay with great service and clean rooms. Thank you Hotel Litau for a great stay.

Spectacular view , spacious and beautiful house .

One of my favorite hotels in one of my favorite beach. Although not new anymore and you can see it, very friendly staff, very good breakfast and very nice and clean rooms. The room with the jacuzzi in the balcony is just a delight

Excelente apartamento, por um preço bem razoável. O apartamento tem tudo o que é necessário para passar 5 ou 7 dias. Uma sala ampla com kitchenette, varanda com uma mesa e cadeiras com vista para a marina, televisão por cabo com uma excelente imagem duma TV LG de 55 polegadas OLED. Quarto excelente, cama bem espaçosa, colchão perfeito. Toda a casa tem ar condicionado e WI-FI. Por fim o carro fica estacionado numa espaçosa garagem subterrânea do prédio. Apenas chamo a atenção que a imagem que o sistema coloca destes apartamentos, não corresponde à realidade. O nome correto destes apartamentos é ”Troia Residence - Apartamentos Marina”, situado na rua da Aroeira, na rua da GNR.

Spacious and pleasant apartments, near the small sea, fantastic beach, children's park shown in the images inexistent, timetable of the single supermarket in the resort reduced, weak wifi network, few activities to perform around, as it is a resort could give access to activities in other units such as access to swimming pools. The indoor pool continues to be closed since the pandemic, in its absence, it should be possible to access the other pool of the resort as it happens with breakfast. The beach is the greatest advantage because it is wonderful but for a few days because the complex is very small, good for a relaxing weekend.

set in a good location for exploring what setubal has to offer,you will be met by friendly and helpful staff that are not only willing to help and advise,you also get a complimentary drink and map of setubal which turned out to be helpful. there is no lift but staff are more than willing to help if you want. my room was on a corner and large,bright,had high ceilings and designed very tastefully and had a t.v,air-con,mini fridge,free safety deposit box,bottled water,coffee machine and i got a free bottle of wine,throw in good storage space and a modern bathroom with a great shower and this hotel has a lot going for it and one i wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great staff that I felt went out of their way to be helpful, great location, great room. Okay, so it's not the Ritz, but hey, you're in ”Stubel” and this place is great. Excellent breakfast with a complimentary sunrise as well.
