"This hotel is right next to Tacloban's Robinson's department store, so finding food is never an issue. The room was clean but small. There weren't amenities like toothbrushes, but there was body soap and a 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner dispenser mounted on the wall. Room cleaning started after 2:30 PM. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant, which was nice."

"Our room was okay. Soft bed and pillows. The problem was the air conditioner, we can't adjust to make it bit warmer, we end up turning it off but the result was moisture on the floor and on the wall..thank you to the staff specially the manager they answer our problem. Most appreciated. I think the windows of the hotel need cleaning from the outside as there's green molds on the windows."

"The place is perfect if you want a hassle-free stop before leaving Tacloban. It’s ideal for buying pasalubong, doing groceries, purchasing medicines, and other necessities because it’s very close to everything you need. Although amenities like the Wi-Fi and lampshade were a downside, overall we had a great time."

"All staff are polite, clean room and very accommodating staffs.  The Front desk sorted my concerns upon checking out, as I thought i did gave deposits, it was a Mistake in my part and i do apologise for the mistake.. Appreciate all the help specially to Adrian. I enjoyed my short stay. Will recommend and would love to stay next time./ Thank you."

"Fantastic attentive staff. Nice clean pool Very good value for money but they charge for hot water and early/late checking. It's a bit out of the way but Maxim trikes or bikes are usually available. If you like to walk it's not far to the main road or even Robinson's."

"Cant swim in pool if you have zippers on your shorts. Nice and clean and nice rooms. Filipino only TV. Good internet. A little far from other places if you dont have transportation. Waterpark is nice but can be noisy with music."
