Had a few days in the city of Naga, where all pink blooms begin. The hotel is one of those conveniently located at the bus terminal and near the new part of the city. If your a tourist going to the old part is a distance by walk, the next best is a trike or vehicle. Rooms are ok cable TV has limited channels. The bathroom needs more work done. During my stay the basin was clogged up due to other guest disposing their food, the issue was quickly resolved by the management. Food at the cafƩ below is worth the price, it keeps your belly full till you reach the city for other, gastronomical options. The staff are great and friendly. No problems on this department. Would I still stay here in my future visits. Yes, but will try other, hotels in the city too. #RP

We stayed here with our friends. We used the pool to hang out which is fun but a heads up, their pool is 5ft and above. There is a kiddie pool but It would be nice if the adult pool starts at least 4ft. Considering Filipinos average height isnāt above 5ft š

Good and safe to stay. Weāll come back again next year. Itās very worth the price. We were 12 people included kids. Itās very near also the atm machine, groceries store, fast food, church etc. You will love it too. Satisfied client!

During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

Nice gym and nice pool. Service of the staff was pretty good and cordial. However, we did not have a hot water after the brownout. We were told to wait for 30 mins. to an hour after the electricity came back. We waited 2 hours with no hot water. The shower bath tub is not safe at all. It was too high and dangerous. Thereās no anti-slip and that makes it even dangerous. Another is, thereās no electrical outlet on the left side of the bed that makes it hard to charge the phone. Also, I requested a box of tissue paper and I received 2 toilet papers. I was informed they donāt provide tissue paper. Of all the hotels we stayed this is the most expensive, but canāt provide tissue paper. Weāll try UMA next time.

What I always look for in a hotel is a comfortable bed. And this is a hotel with a comfortable bed and lots of soft pillows.
In the lobby they serve a welcome drink, the cold ginger tea is very refreshing and they provide a cold towel to freshen you up. In the room they also have fresh bread that is given to their guests.
All the staff are polite and accommodating. The location is also nice, there are many options to eat.

Llove18Though I created this booking as a mistake, and did not witness how good this hotel, but I will leave a good feedback since hotel is very much responsive in terms of my query. They assisted me well despite of the sudden mistakes I made. It's not my intention to booked a wrong dates but since it's depends on hotel's policy. I do understand. And we are looking forward for my hubby, we can stay in the future to this hotel.. I will leave a good review since all the feedback from the previous guest(s) were all good.
