I had to write a review on how helpful, friendly and forward thinking Sanah is from Quest on Durham. I have worked in the Events and Hospo industry for so long and I can honestly say she is one of the best in the game. Nothing was too hard, I had a group booking that had to postpone due to Covid and she had already thought to hold rooms, even in case we needed extra. Sanah, thank you for being great. Ask for Sanah, she is so helpful and friendly.

(I bring my own toiletries and slippers) The air conditioner has a serious noise. The position of the plug is not provided on the bed. Pros: CBD convenient location, tidy, spacious, friendly staff, free parking. You can just leave the car at the motel and walk every to go for dinner. Room has nice spa bath. I accidently left my phone and they sent it back to me. Cons: Some family rooms are connected to the next rooms with lockable door. The door is not sound proofed so we could hear the neighbor's very loud snoring and coughing all night. (Another time we stayed we did not have this issue because there was no connecting door) If you want milk you have to ask for it or they will not give it to you. Issues were minor and we would stay again.
