This hotel has the best โpekanโ location in Parit Buntar with CU, KFC and Family Mart just down the building. Mosque is just cross the street if we there for Raya celebration. Unfortunately, the hotel is really bad for the price. It doesnโt matter if the hotel is ayam type, but charging with nearly RM300 per night for hotel ayam is really bad. Upon c/in, the receptionist is really like gangster kampung with serious face all the time. Probably because has to work during malam raya. The room is really weird with office type lamp and not comfortable. At night time we can hear rempit across the street. Because the window is not sound proof, it is really hard to sleep at night because the noise from the street.

We stayed a night in this hotel. First impression was clean, staff at reception desk friendly, helpful and patient. The room is spacious n good bed. For budget hotel it provides tooth brush, and all little stuff travellers need. Toilet is clean with good powerful rain shower. Early in the morning can enjoy hotel shower to start my day. Breakfast is basic porridge with fried spring rolls, packet of juice and free flow coffee from machine. There is a car park with hotel compound. There are chairs outside parking areas where u can sit to enjoy the surroundings. Certainly no complain for the price we pay. Highly recommended for business or leisure stay. Really clean.

Very minimum facilities in the room. The room was smelly when first entered. TV was facing downwards, No pail or water hose in the toilet, only provided a bucket. No tissue paper, need to request separately. Iron board on request but only iron box given without the board. Worst thing was, there were cockroaches in the room ๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ฑ Extra rules imposed with penalty too.

I requested KingBedroom, receptionist arranged twin bedroom. But she changed after went down to reception, a bit wasted time for me due to rushing to appointment after check-in.
A bit noisy due to located main road of Bagan Serai, Overall OK.
