Recently I stayed in this hotel. Paid RM98 for a Twin deluxe room (promo on weekday). Never expect too much, I used to stay in other budget hotels but none of them impress me much. Well, can't expect too much when I only pay a peanut. But KL Guest has surprised me a lot. Not only the design, but also the comfort of the room. Not big but spacious enough for 2 people with extra space for luggage. Location is a plus too, many eateries around. Even in the mid night after meeting, I still can fill up my stomach with good food. Travel to my office is nearby too, just 5mins to KLCC. Good job.

A bit pricey but this hotel is located right in middle if Pandan Indah. Numerous eatries,banks,shops,clinics and even a private hospital within walking distance. Rooms are clean and the linen are clean too. Healthy living with a Japanese garden/Zen feeling given. There is aromatherapy and the whole place smells wonderful. Could be a problem for asthmatics though. Beds are very comfortable and the toiletries given are very soothing. Breakfast is free. In a restaurant right below the hotel.Very good food. One thing I did not like was the fact that they photostated the identity card and kept a copy without informing.And it is done on every visit. This is for one,a violation of our rights. Second it is a security risk. In this age of scams,such photostated documents have very high chances of being misused falling into the wrong hands.Hope that the nanagement takes note. A very good experience otherwise and please keep it up management.

WWai99Already many time returning to this hotel for 1 night staying. Good location with a lot of food stalls nearby within 1-2 mins walking distance, hotel room is clean n tidy, with air corn and free wifi provided. Check in process very fast

DDg Nur HanisahRoom for 4, but only got 2 towels. When ask the reception for towel, he scolded me for not bring my own towel from home because their towels are dirty 😅

YYumanafazLocation was great. Receptionist was very helpful ( i left my ear pod and they manage to find it and return to me🤗). Room rate worth for money. However, cleanliness can be better ( i saw a few dot stain on my bed and towel is faded. Beside that - all well.

ZZaida7101Stayed here for one night on 02/11/2019 and here is my feedback: 1) Room and bathroom are clean (Thank you and keep it up). 2) Room was really small. 3) No towel provided (Was not a big problem since i don't like using hotel towel anyway) 4) TV Channel really limited (not a problem for me) 5) Overall for RM70.00 (booked and paid through Agoda) per night is indeed value for money.

GGuest UserThis is what i have go thru past few days, in 2020 i check in in this hotel, its great at that time, clean and all common property in good condition, but in 2023 all have change my perception on this hotel, okay bathroom, okay air conditioner state but few roaches here and there in the room, if you want to stay here, bring your own pesticide to kill those roaches and i dont even want to look under bed for more 'investigation', the elevator almost in dying state

TTwotribesConveniently located beside ampang point shopping centre. Plenty of eateries at the surrounding area. Convenient store and bank are just stone throw away from the hotel.
Fast check in and out. If you drive, car can park at the front of the hotel, just inform the reception staff and they are friendly to assist you. Room is clean but can be improved. Room also provide a kettle, tv and wardrobe. Room is just nice with window facing shoplots behind. Overall satisfied with the staff service and the room.
