Convenient for JR bus use in front of Uwajima station. In fact, I took a ride to the [inn hair line] of the next morning 6 o'clock 36 minute, but I was able to afford it at the bus stop right in front of me. Also, it was about 3 minutes to the famous shop of the rice rice near the station. The room was not luxurious, but the layout was good and the bed and desk direction were different, so it was easy to use. The range was 1 floor and the ice was free at the front desk. What was interesting was that the laundry was in an outdoor parking lot. It was a little old hotel with a rich local color, but the front desk staff was very friendly and hot. I will stay again when I visit again. The price was conscientious with 4, 700 yen for a night stay.
I actually booked this hotel for a night in late March as I was doing a solo trip around Shikoku. I did not end up staying the night, however I thought my experience might benefit some other travelers. Check-in process was fine and the hotel offers a selection of amenities (razors, towels, soaps, water, etc) at the front desk for no extra charge which is nice although pretty standard for a Japanese business hotel. The room itself seemed fine, however there is no cold air conditioning. For some people it's probably not a big issue to not have cold AC - and to be fair the window in my room did open, however with no screen on it. For me I have a very hard time sleeping if it's too hot or humid in my room so this was a bit of an issue. I called the front desk to confirm that it was a HOT air conditioning only, which it was. I've encountered this once before in Japan and usually I'm pretty careful to confirm in advance because in Japan ”air conditioning” typically seems to mean heat so it can be a bit tricky. In any case, I also asked about a fan for the room but that did not have that. So instead I took a walk around the area and found another hotel down the road that had a vacancy and cold AC. Again, this is a very specific issue but I'm sure I'm not the only one out there who has trouble sleeping in hot/humid conditions. I grew up in the deep south of the US so I'm certainly used to it I just don't enjoy it on my vacation. If this is not an issue for you then this is a fine and very convenient property.

The location is really good if you are a pilgrim who is doing Ohenromic Aruki
Free laundry and drying with Oset Thailand. However, it is just fine because it is a small and a bit old hotel.
Used for walking pilgrimage. Arrived after crossing the pass in the rain. Your shoes and clothes are soaking wet. As soon as I entered the reception, I was happy to have a hanger for rain gear and a newspaper (for shoes) prepared. Two washing machines and two dryers. There is a large bath. Each of us stayed in a single room, but of course there is a bath in the room. Meals are buffet style. In the time of Corona, it is hygienic because each dish is wrapped in plastic wrap. It tasted good too. Anyway, I think that the staff is kind and it is a reasonable hotel.
