The Haginoya is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. Visitors to Murakami will find that the Haginoya is a fantastic accommodation choice. With JR Murakami Station just 3km away and Niigata Airport only 54km away, transportation is very convenient. This hotel is located near many of Murakami's attractions including Senami Onsen Tourist Information Center, 瀬波温泉噴湯公園 and Ryusen - One Day Onsen. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city.
Senami Onsen Kutsuroginoyado Ryokan Seiunso is located in Murakami and about 5 minutes by car from Murakami Station. Yukata are available for guests to wear during their stay. Facilities include an open-air bath, a communal bath and a vending machine corner. The hotel offers Japanese multi-course meals featuring local and seasonal ingredients. The hotel possesses 13 guest rooms.
When I arrived at 15:00, the person in charge immediately carried my luggage and checked in. It was a large hotel (inn), and there were Christmas displays everywhere in the building, which was gorgeous. As a welcome drink, you can make two coins and use them on machines such as coffee in the lobby lounge. Since it is a vending machine, I didn't feel much welcome, but I used it after taking a bath. Welcome drinks will take people and time, so this method is also good. At least wide 々 and beautiful, I'm glad to have a drink in the lobby lounge. The room was a very large and beautiful room with a wide edge of 4.5 tatami mats and a Japanese-style room of 13 tatami mats. The washroom is also large and easy to use. It was convenient to have two keys. The bath was very nice. The open-air bath is very long and large, and it has an ocean view. It was hot water, but if you go to the back of the open-air bath, there is also a lukewarm area. The indoor bath is large and there are many washrooms. The hot spring is a little salty in the book and is a good hot spring that is smooth. The washroom area was large, amenities were available, and the water cooler was also in the washroom area. One thing that was strange was that there was no door between the washroom area and the inner bath, and you could see the inner bath from the washroom area. It is said that the men's bath was the same. I thought that the wash area would be closed when cooling in the summer, probably because of the steam from the indoor bath. The washroom undressing area is large and the ceiling is high, so it may not have much effect, but it was the first time that there was no door (sliding door, etc.) between them. Supper was very good. The items with the menu contents were unique items and tastes. Perhaps because it was ”Murakami City in the land of the sea bream”, there were various items using sea bream. Western dishes, seafood grilled hoba, soup, etc. There were five sashimi, and there were many seafood such as steamed sweet potatoes and grilled seafood. The meat was shabu-shabu. There were a lot of items, and unfortunately I couldn't eat rice (I ate dessert). Alcohol was a little higher than 300cc of local sake from around 1500 yen (from around 600 yen for one go). Bottled wine was from around 2000 yen. There were a lot of delicious dishes, and I concentrated on eating rather than drinking. The breakfast buffet was very good. There were many local products and dishes. It wasn't that crowded, so I went around the Viking dishes 1, decided what to do, and took the local dishes and items. Especially, the local Murakami grilled salmon and the salmon (texture different from salmon roe) were all delicious. The only Murakami beef stew was too sweet (the same opinion). I ate slowly at the ocean view seat and it was a very satisfying breakfast. The customer service, bath and meal are good, so it is an inn that I want to visit again.

Typical business hotel in Japan. Not too terribly far from station - is right in the middle of the station and city center. Staff is very kind and attentive.
Visited with a couple in early September. I wanted the top floor because I was looking ahead, but stayed in a Japanese style room (twin) with my wife's hope. The room was larger than expected. However, it was bad when the tatami mats were hairy and sat without a seat futon. 1 floor, so I can't expect the view of the top floor, but it was convenient to the bath (1 floor) and the dining room (2 floor) in the ocean view. The bath is also ocean view and the open-air bath is comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were good. The roll bread for breakfast was delicious, but I wanted a kind of bread 1. The oldness of the facilities is undeniable, but the cleaning was well done. There was no hustle and bustle peculiar to the large hotel and I was able to spend it relaxing.
A perfect location where the white snow and the blue sea spread out in front of you! I visited Senami Onsen because I wanted to soak in a hot spring while watching the sun set, but unfortunately it was cloudy. Still, I was satisfied because I could enjoy this superb view. Both breakfast and dinner are buffet style, but there are disposable gloves here and there, and I was relieved because I was thoroughly obliged to use gloves. Dinner was a typical buffet style, but the steak cooked in front of me was softer and tastier than I expected. Another good thing is that you can taste 5 kinds of local Niigata sake for 1100 yen. I was given 5 ochoko (liquor cups) and filled them with my favorite sake. It was nice to be able to compare 10 types of drinks with my daughter. It was also helpful when buying souvenirs. For breakfast, the corner where you can make your own seafood bowl was very good. There are quite a variety of things on the table, so it's a gorgeous seafood bowl with a small amount of rice and various ingredients on top. Wouldn't it be perfect for a family trip? Another good thing was that there were a lot of products in the store, and there were many types of alcohol, so it was good. In addition, I was able to combine the alcohol and souvenirs I bought elsewhere with the items I bought here and send them by courier. (You can buy a box from Kuroneko Yamato) Sake is a heavy bottle, so if you don't have a car, you hesitate to buy it, but if you send it by courier, you can buy it with confidence. The staff kindly taught me various things and it was a very comfortable inn. The hot springs were also very good, and I was able to relax while listening to the sound of the waves. The building itself must have been around for a long time, but the inside has been renovated, and unfortunately I couldn't see the sunset, so I felt like I wanted to try again.
Was an amazing time as always. I love Senami onsen and Ryusen is by far my favourite. Yukimi-buro (snow bath) Its the MOST relaxing thing I have ever experienced. I have visited Ryusen many times over the last 10 years. I cannot go to Murakami without visiting Ryusen at least twice a week. I go to Murakami because I am married to a lady from there. Look forward to visiting again in 2024 !!
A hot spring inn in Semi Onsen. It looks like a public facility, but you can stay overnight. I used it for a day trip bath. The bathing fee is 700 yen from 11:00 to 15:00. Here, we use the sardines for reference to Beppu Onsen to make the hot springs at an appropriate temperature and put them in the bathtub. It has a clear chemical odor. It's a good hot spring.
I used it for motorcycle touring with my husband and wife, and there is also a garage where you can stop your motorcycle. When I arrived, I was worried that the appearance seemed old, but there was no problem because the toilet was a shower toilet even in the shared toilet. It seems that the floor was flooded nearly two months ago, but it has been restored splendidly. The hot springs are fed directly from the source, and you can feel that the temperature is uniform by stirring up and down with a dedicated scramble stick. After all, the food is good, tempura is freshly fried, salt is special, grilled meat is A5 rank, baked cherry blossoms are exceptional, other dishes are delicious, and the landlady is careful in various places such as using thick hand wipes. Feeling Was done. The rice was also very delicious, but I was surprised to hear that it was old rice. We should have eaten delicious rice in Toyama Prefecture too! The landlady was kind and made me a rice ball for breakfast. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity, thank you for your help.
