One of the most satisfactory hotels in Italy. The hotel itself is in the hinterland of Tuscany, with its own invincible scenery. The hotel's facilities are complete, the service quality is very good, and there are no obstacles when checking in. The house of the hotel itself is remodeled from an old house, which is very flavorful. It is recommended that the hotel’s own restaurant, which tastes great, and also provides the hotel’s own red wine, which is very satisfactory. Special recommendation is the hotel’s breakfast, the best breakfast I have ever had during this trip to Italy. Although the types of ingredients provided are similar to those of other hotels, each ingredient itself is a local agricultural product, which is very fresh and tastes particularly good.

Recently stayed here on a delayed honeymoon with my spouse. Had we know just how much we’d love our stay here, we would have booked it last on our trip and stayed more days. It was by far the highlight of our trip to Italy. If you’re looking for something authentic, relaxing, and quaint, then I suggest staying here. This is not a resort. It’s an authentic stay on a vineyard in a beautiful small village. We had a private room with access to a common area. Siena was a 20 min drive away. The wine tours were Fantastic and the guides were knowledgeable. The restaurant had a wonderful breakfast selection and we enjoyed dinner there as well. We had an overall excellent experience at Certosa Di Pontignano. After staying primarily in city centre locations for our European adventure, we decided to try something historic and country side oriented while having a rental car in Tuscany. This place looked beautiful from website and pictures, and fascinating to stay somewhere with 800 years of history under its belt. The location 15 minutes from central Siena is great - it's very quiet and serene. It may be tough to get to without a car, but the drive was easy. Not much around it in terms of restaurants, stores, etc - however that's kind of the point. There are 2 EV chargers onsite - unfortunately both were down for maintenance. Good thing we rented a hybrid which didn't completely rely on these. The chargers don't belong to the hotel, so outside of their responsibility. The property is fascinating, and beautifully landscaped. There are 2 huge courtyards, and a fabulous garden on one side. The architecture is interesting, and you can feel the history in every corner. We were in a 2 bedroom apartment, which was full of character and spacious. The main bedroom upstairs was a bit precarious to get to, due to a very steep staircase - however it was comfortable. No A/C, however it seemed cool overall, and there were fans in the closets if we needed them. The beds were a bit on the hard side, however we slept well. Breakfast on the terrace was great - with an almost unending selection of good quality food. A great way to start the day. We would definitely consider staying here again.

One in a million place. So into the nature once Middevel borgo is amazing property surrounded by olive trees, never-ending wineyards and cypresses, everythere cypresses which is Tuscany alter ego, in a way, lavender fields, forests. The Cypress alley is so romantic. If you'd like to switch off and relax while enjoying everything, literally everything the beautiful Tuscany can offer, topped by comfortable rooms, breathtanking views on famous hills of Tuscany and all that 5-star hotel can indulge its guests, that's the place to be. Breakfast with a breathtaking view on Siena, sometimes covered by famous Tuscany's fog and only the top of tower Torre del Mangia at Piazza del Campo and Siena’s monumental Cathedral magicaly stand in the moving foggy sea. Two tennis courts, two swimming pools, spa, nice bar and restaurant and very helpful and friendly staff who can realise every wish from renting a Vespa, organizing horse tour, wine tasting and, you name it. Not to forget, nice Chianti and Brunello di Montalcino, Supertuscany and much more. All my expectations have been exceeded in every possible respect. The only thing I regret is that I had to leave and couldn't stay longer, much, much longer. Borgo Scopeto Relais and its winery is a very special place and kind assistance of the whole team and, in particular, of Matilde and Alessandra, Nina, from the Winery and the nice friendly from the horse lesson (shame on me, I forgot his name). Don't think twice, book the place.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location with a 360-degree view over Chianti Classico. The rooms are spacious and renovated, and there is a beautiful outdoor pool with sunbeds. The place is very tranquil, and one could easily spend half a day here just enjoying the views. It is also a winery, so wine tastings are possible. Adventure ******* can rent mountain bikes, and there are several trails in the hinterland of the hotel available. Service could improve for dinner, as nobody cared to refill wine glasses. Breakfast is good but nothing special. Charging facilities are available, although at 2 euros per kWh, which is the most expensive I have ever seen.

Non ho mai trovato tanta gentilezza e preparazione del personale nel risolvere delle problematiche che ci erano capitate con la macchina in centro a Siena . Problema risolto grazie alla loro assistenza. La camera era moderna bagno nuovo e tvb a schermo piatto grande . Ambiente interno confortevole. Buonissima la colazione a buffet dove c’è sia dolce che salato. Hanno parcheggio interno gratuito . Centro di Siena a 5/7 minuti d’auto. Consigliato
