We spent a night with our family in this hotel and I can honestly say that we were very good, nothing to say, I noticed little attention that always make pleasure. The room was very comfortable, profumed, warm, clean and spacious, with a bathroom as well treated everything in simplicity but well done! Good breakfast (the very friendly lady). All the staff very gentle and always with a smile, which is essential for me. If I had to go back from those places, I would certainly stay in this hotel again without doubt!

Albergo semplice, ampio parcheggio, zona comoda per un tour nei castelli del ducato di Parma e per visitare Parma e Reggio Emilia. Camera e bagno di dimensione standard; sono presenti Tv , due tipi di cuscini, frigobar e clima, ma non e' certo un 4 stelle ,lo standard di un 4 stelle di una qualsiasi citta' italiana e' totalmente un altro!Camere poco insonorizzate, si sentono le conversazioni dei vicini . Non c'e' neanche il bollitore in camera che per un 4 stelle e' standard. Lo salva il prezzo congruo con i servizi offerti. Avevo prenotato la camera dal loro sito scegliendo la colazione per celiaci: non sono celiaca, ma ho diversi problemi alimentari, e in questa scelta trovo sempre qualcosa che posso mangiare. Ho provveduto a telefonare alcuni giorni prima per accertarmi di poter fare una colazione alternativa e mi era stato confermato che c'era tutto cio' che desideravo; bene, il primo giorno non avevano neanche il latte di soia per un cappuccino; ho dovuto accontentarmi di un infuso (il classico the twinings per la colazione non esiste). Tanto dolce, che ovviamente non potevo mangiare, un prosciutto e un formaggio dei panetti, quelli che usano i bar per i toast per intenderci. Pochissima frutta., marmellate confezionate. Meno male che mi porto sempre qualcosa con me per le emergenze. la sera mi sono lamentata con la reception e la risposta e' stata che non l'avevano comprato perche' spesso gli scade e non possono tenersi litri di latte che poi buttano....e sara' un problema mio???? ma lo avevano procurato insieme alle altre cose e il mattino seguente avrei trovato tutto. Risultato, il mattino dopo ho potuto avere il mio cappuccio di soia, ma in quanto a colazione sempre le solite cose . Non spacciate una colazione per celiaci quando non avete nulla da proporre. Unica cosa positiva la pulizia del bagno e la gentilezza delle cameriere ai piani.

The hotel provides quick breakfast and buffet breakfast, the prices are 6 euros and 12 euros respectively. Electric plugs in Italy are different from those in China. If you forget to bring them, you can rent them at the front desk of the hotel for 5 euros! The hotel recommends booking a balcony room, a small balcony to see the scenery of the park below, a small straight road is covered with fallen leaves in the evening of November this season, the scenery is quite good! Compared with the previous two years, the hotel has done a simple decoration and has a bathtub! But the hotel does not provide disposable toiletries, so you must remember to bring your own! The balcony door is connected to the hotel air conditioner. When the door is opened, the air conditioner will automatically turn off! The service staff will fold your pajamas neatly and put them neatly when tidying up the room! The only downside is that the hotel elevator is too small! Two people who are slightly fatter are very crowded with two boxes, maybe Italy is like this. The traffic here is very convenient! It takes more than 2 hours to drive to Milan, Venice, Themall's outlets and other places! There are also railway stations and hotels in the town for about half an hour's walk! The first choice for Reggio every year!

4 nights and a fabulous study trip with my Italian students, a group of 10 people living in the surroundings of Odense, Denmark. Beautiful rooms, efficient and aware service. The first breakfast was excellent and Mrs. Valeria, who was noticed by gentleness, courtesy and efficiency. Reggio Emilia was a beautiful city, at least accredited by the neighboring Bologna, Modena and Parma. Hotel Reggio and Hotel Posta are its perles: very central, clean, elegant. What more?
