We recently stayed at hotel Cerere for our wedding holiday with family and friends.. we came twice... before an after the wedding and it was an amazing and unforgettable experience. the service was impeccable and every staff member we encountered was courteous and attentive. there receptionist were especially amazing. they were welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. their exceptional service truly enhanced our stay. The restaurant team also deserve to be mentioned as they were always attentive and ready to serve with a big smile and great professionality. we highly recommend this hotel for any occasion and we will definitely come back. Fabuleux !!! Nous avons séjourné la nuit de la St Valentin dans cet établissement digne d’un 5* ! Tout était parfait ! Une grande chambre décorée avec goût et simplicité ! Un verre de bienvenue, de l’eau, des gourmandises nous ont été offert ! Le tout sous l’oeil bienveillant des bufflonnes car choisir cet établissement c’est choisir de découvrir une des spécialités de l’Italie : l’or blanc ; la divine mozzarella ! Toute l’équipe est chaleureuse et aux petits soins ! Des produits incroyablement délicieux ! Un petit déjeuner gargantuesque ! Une vue à couper le souffle ! Bref = un bonheur pour lequel, il est difficile de diffuser l’adresse pour que cela reste un joyau secret ! Un vrai et chaleureux merci ! À bientôt !

Trovare una cosa negativa circa questa esperienza mi è davvero difficile. I miei complimenti per l'igiene, i ragazzi in sala (educati, gentili, dispinibili,rispettosi...), la direzione, ma soprattutto a GIACOMO e MONICA per la loro splendida compagnia. Ragazzi Sinceri, Capaci, Magnifici, Educati, Rispettosi che hanno instaurato un rapporto diretto con gran parte della clientela. Grazie di tutto, ci mancherete... ❤️

Very disappointed. Booked 4 nights after checking on line that everything was still open. We arrived by train and everything looked okay. The first room we were taken to would not unlock after several minutes and feeling rather nervous we were given another room. We then headed to the pool as the weather was nice the pool water fountains weren't working and it did not look very well maintained but we ventured in. Pool bar was closed as was the hotel bar. We then discovered that the restaurant was also closed. Nowhere on the hotels website did it give this information, we had no transport so did the 30 minute walk to the nearest restaurant. Next day after been woken early by yapping dog the weather wasn't good, looked at the indoor pool but again not fully working or maintained and not heated. I complained to reception about the lack of facilities available if we spent time in the hotel, ie no lunch or dinner available and was told they could do some toast at lunch time if I requested it at reception. We took the free bikes out instead and that was the only good thing about this hotel. We had booked 4 nights, something I would not have done if I had known the restaurant was closed. I asked to check out early because of the lack of facilities available to us and was informed it was hotel policy not to refund the un used nights. I understand this in certain circumstances but they did not provide us with the facilities they were advertising. They also advise no pets but that didn't apply to the managers yapping dog that woke us at 7am each morning. We checked out after 2 nights and no they did not refund us for the u used nights. Make sure before you book this hotel everything is open. If not you definitely need a car. I would not recommend this hotel.
