Thank you for that warm and royal hospitality bestowed on us during our stay at your hotel, the royal welcome with drum beats, flower shower and courteous staff made our check-in a breeze. The stay in the King's Room with the balcony overlooking the Brindavan gardens was just fabulous and we couldn't have asked for a better room with a view than this one. The hospitality and the buffet spread was delicious, lavish and the whole stay was just like how we had thought it should be, a Royal Relaxing Holiday. With the exclusive access to Brindavan gardens was the icing on the cake as we enjoyed the morning and evening stroll in the gardens, though the evening was a bit crowded. The bits of history adorned in nook and corner of the hotel ***** with the wooden and brass artifacts was like a historic tour for us to explore the majestic past of this magnificent hotel palace. Nevertheless the entire holiday felt royal being in Mysore and this just made it a perfect holiday for us and we can't thank you enough for that generous hospitality. We would love to visit there again.

Property is good, non-veg restaurant is good too. The only problem i faced in this place is hot water in the early hours, the property manager switched/turned on the hot water thing. Still no great luck.

Best experience i have ever had before.......... awesome....good neat rooms, toilets cleaned neatly...food in the restaurant Orchids was sumptuous...hospitality of the room service, front office was Top quality....a good hotel to stay.....keep up the good work....

We were a group of 5 members, good place to hang out with Friday, especially Property ***ager Ms sowjanya's response was too good in any time ... Really appreciated the way she received .. and all staff were good.... Rooms are very clean.... finally worth for money... U can try u people will get good discounts.. Cheers HM resorts... It is on highway we had booked suit room. Room was pretty good but poor maintenance geyser was not working. There is no one to listen to your concern we asked for towel in morning we got that in evening. Geyser was not working no hot water then they repaired it but again it worked only for one hour and we had to adjust with cold water in morning. Rooms interior etc is really good there must be good staff to take care.
