the views were beautiful and the bed was perfectly soft and provided and excellent rest seeing as I came from the airport at 3 am. I also noticed the kind treatment of the staff here, as even at 3 am to the hottest hours, they consistently served humbly with a smile on their faces. The interior design was beautiful and unlike any I've ever seen! The food was also absolutely scrumptious, and was great to enjoy with family overall.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Taj Green Cove Resort & Spa, Kovalam. The location is stunning, surrounded by lush greenery and offering serene views. The staff's hospitality was exceptional—they were attentive and made sure every need was met. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered great comfort. The food was delicious, and the spa services were rejuvenating. Overall, it was a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. Highly recommend!

I have just returned from my 2nd visit to Amara Ayurveda Retreat and I can only say it just keeps getting better. We were collected at Trivandrum Airport by the Resort's driver and arrived at Amara just 20 minutes later. We stayed in Amara 4 years ago before Covid and it was lovely to see the gardens matured and everything looking so beautiful. We had a consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor the following morning and he prescribed a series of treatments for the next 2 weeks. It was a lovely surprise to see that Sunita (our therapist) was still working in the Ayurvedic Centre. My first treatment was a general body massage and I have to say it was the best massage of my life, Sunita is truly gifted and very nurturing. I had my treatment at 11am each morning and that left the day free to sight see, lounge by the pool or pop down to Kovalam Beach which was only 10 minutes drove away. Amara is so peaceful, nestled in the hills of Kovalam, the only sounds are those of nature. It was so relaxing to sit on our balcony (of our very large room) and watch the giant size butterflies and birds around the gardens. The selection of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. We really enjoyed sampling all the local dishes, each one delicious and served by ever smiling staff that could not do enough for us. We will definitely not be leaving our return visit as long the next time! We arrived at Amara with aches and pains and left very relaxed, with supple limbs. Thank you to all at Amara. We hope to see you again next year for more of your unique TLC.

Stayed during last week of Dec22. We booked AC rooms from goibibo. We reached in late evening and called the hotel to pick the luggage. Check-in was smooth as was provided rooms within 5min. Hotel is just on the Kovalam beach but rooms are mostly not sea facing. AC rooms are spacious and a few of them are having a attached balcony from where you can see the sea. Rooms are basic mostly. Furniture provided are sufficient to keep the things. AC and Fridge was in working condition. Provided with towel but not with any toiletries. They don't have any power back and can be painful. There is no as such reception for the hotel. There are 2-3 guys who take care of the hotel and they usually roam around near the hotel. They don't have any restaurant inhouse. You could find plenty of options to eat on the Kovalam beach. They don't have any pickup or drop facility. Provided with 1L bottle every day. No lift facility available. This is an economical, budget, sea facing with not much facilities.

GGuest UserGood day everyone! It was my first time visiting India, Kerala, Ideal Ayurvedic Resort. To say that I had an unforgettable experience is an understatement. My 2 week stay at the Ayurvedic resort was simply excellent, from arrival at the airport till departure. The staff, service, food, treatment, ayurvedic massage are all top notch. I examined the local Ayurvedic centers and want to mention that there were centers with a higher level of accomodations, but Ideal Ayurvedic Resort corresponds to the price and quality. After two weeks of treatment, my general condition and mood noticeably improved, excess weight was noticeably gone, my skin condition were restored. I left with the intention of returning to this place again... Thank you for helping me to discover India at its best!!! First time back to India since covid. Returned to hotel as last time was very impressed. The hotel is even better and was a great stay. Had problem with fridge but was replaced within a few hours. Great room nice pool and location. But what is most impressive is the staff. All are polite and happy to check everything is OK. There is nof one member of staff who doesn't engage in making your stay great.

GGuest UserIt is a budget hotel with limited facilities. The rooms are spacious with wide balconies. But the hotel lacked some basic needs such as tv connection and intercon facility. The hotel is located some distance from the main road. To access the hotel you have to go through narrow passes. The manager and caretakers are good and cooperative.

GGuest UserThere is nothing good to write about the hotel except its location. The quality of room needs huge attention by the ***agement. Dirt is easily visible at various corners of the room. It seems as if no one ever pays attention to cleanliness of the rooms. Coming to the room service, it seems no training is provided to the staff! When ordering food for in-room dining, how can your staff bring the Roti or any Indian breads without it being wrapped in aluminum foil or in any container? They serve it without covering it with anything. I have never seen any hotel serve food like this. Coming to the swimming pool timing. The hotel has the worst timing for its swimming pool. One cannot swim after 6pm and before 11am. They expect people to swim when it is scorching hot. People visit resort for leisure, but they do not allow them because of some weird reasons. How do you expect small children to swim when it is so hot? Very disappointed. I raised the complaint to the front desk, but their response was rude and highly disappointing. Talking of the breakfast, it seems they are doing a favor to their clients by providing such kind of menu which has hardly anything to eat.

This happened around 25th to 28th Feb 2023 The rooms need immediate attention / The staff is from other state and not in mood of serving people / Staff is rude / never hear a word as SORRY / The both Towels given were in rags / having stains of black like used for hair dying in salon / so worn-out that you can see through and having holes / on request the staff did not have replacement frest towels / had to use our own towel / Food is good / swimming pool was good but no adequate lighting / I tried reaching out to the Duty Manager but never showed up Name as per the staff Mr. Verghese / spoilt my day
