I had business trip to sricity tada. First time i stayed into this k. V. R residency, the hotel rooms are very good neat & clean, veer well maintained, food also very hygiene & tasty. In room service as well as in restaurant dinnig. Healthy breeze around the hotel. With out any noise and horn disturbances. I proffered this hotel for my next stays. This hotel is more like a lodge or **********. Staff is not professional. Rooms are big in size, however, lacking a lot of things which anyone would expect in a hotel. They provided early check in easily, but when asked for extra bed, they provided thin foam mattress which was useless. There is no food facility in the hotel. Overall, they are okay, but needs to improve a lot.

The rooms at the hotel were very spacious and the bathroom was clean. The hotel is located at a very prime location (you can even walk from the railway station to the hotel. The room service could be better. We were provided complimentary breakfast, which was quite nice.

GGuest UserRoom 120: AC was on full blast with no option to make the room warmer. We had to freeze and could not sleep even for 1min. Spent the whole night walking up and down the hall. At 1am the hotel staff are asking if they can repair it. Fan was also working on 1 speed only full speed with regulator not functioning. Room 114: No hot water in the rooms at 6.30am. We called reception twice and they kept saying after 2-3 buckets hot water will come. Even after 10buckets no hot water. Bedsheets smell of dampness and toilets were not cleaned. ABSOLUTELY NO KID FRIENDS FOOD AVIALABLE IN THE EVENING. We had a small child and no idly, dosa, tiffin options at all after breakfast. We had to feed the kid just biscuits after a 5 hour journey. Horrible stay overall. Pathetic hotel and not worthy of a Fortune/ITC brand at all! Local boarding lodges would have been better!

NNIRAJHotel is very good location. Room is very clean and neat. Bed is comfortable and had good sleep. Toilet was very clean and well maintained. Hot water was always available. Aircon was functioning very well. Hotel is secure. Breakfast is simple and lovely. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking was given within near hotel. Very good hotel if going for darshan to tirupati. Inside the street so use google maps to find.

GGuest UserStay was close to bus station, ample parking space behind the hotel. Even though hotel location was next to bus station, there was not much disturbance. Rooms were spacious, clean and staff were very helpful. Complimentary breakfast provided was not a buffet but sufficient enough and good food. Taste could be improved.

I am writing as devotee and this place is good. Dont expect luxury its has all basic needs to do pooja and visit temple. Views are good and staff are disciplined. Ample parking but no in-room dinning but restaurant is more north indian based food in evening and tamil flavor in breakfast.
