probably the best value hotel in bangka.
- room service food is ok and not overpriced
- my mom asked for her towel replacement because it smelled weird but they ran out of towels

The location of this hotel is strategic as it is situated in the city center of Pangkalpinang. However, in terms of its service, I believe it is lacking. I accidentally spilled a drink on the hotel bed, but the bedsheet was not changed. While the hotel is very affordable, cleanliness and comfort are essential to me.

The location near the market but the hotel will need some renovation as there are holes and cracked on the walls and there were spiders in the rooms too. The service nevertheless is good as they patiently let us choose the room that we want and attend to us immediately to our needs
