Pretty comfortable to stay

Cari hotel dadakan trus nemu ini dgn harga yg ga jauh beda dgn hotel sblmnya utk sarapan sgt jauh sekali..makanan nya sangat biasa rasanya dan sedikit sekali menunya. Utk fasilitas di dlm resto nya ada biliard, PS dan karaoke jadi anak2 bisa main PS jg disitu, tapi utk kolam renang sayang lmyn jaraknya dr hotel jadi stiap kali mau berenang harus naik mobil golf dl atau mobil pribadi kita buat ke tempat berenangnya..

Staying at Jambuluwuk Puncak Resort for the first time in the office gathering event was very impressive. The place is cool and comfortable, the view is beautiful, the room is nice 1 villa has 3 or 4 rooms with toilet in each room and pantry, complete facilities there is a pool 4 locations, a fishing pool, a hall in some locations, indoor futsal place, cafe & billyard, atv. Service is friendly, the place is easy to reach and not getting jammed towards the Peak. I will definitely want to go there again with my family on vacation.

I've planned to stay 2 nights but once I got there, I decided to change hotel. The place is full packed! Occupation rate was at 100%. I was told this hotel is the only hotel opened during the lockdown. It was terrible! Rooms doesnt have windows! They seems no care at all whether we are travelling with children and old one. FYI, Indonesia regulation required all hotels and restos should apply digital application ”PeduliLindungi” to trace & track covid 19. This particular hotel NO PeduliLindungi. No temp check. No physical distancing. No Vaccination check. No Masker mandatory! None!

Facilities : Room Cleanliness ***** (The room is clean) Room Facility ***** (Overall Facilities is Great, The TV is already Smart TV, The internet connection is fast) Room Decoration **** (Good Decor, minimalist and cozy) Swimming Pool *** (Good decorated swimming pool, doesn't have hot pool just kids pool) Bath Amenities **** (Have hairdryer and they give you Pepsodent if i am not mistaken) Lobby *** (Good Decorated, but a little creepy in the Corridor access to lift because its pass the meeting room before you get to your room) Entertainment *** (Have outside playground, mini zoo and billiard) Parking Area **** (Quite Spacious Area, not to far from hotel just in front of hotel) Lighting **** (Good Lighting inside the building, but outside area need to add the lighting) Note : #April 2023 i stayed at Two bedroom Family Room its spacious room, have to bathroom, living and dining table, good decorated and clean. Services : In room Dining - (Not yet Try it) Staff Hospitality ***** (The reception is friendly, often smile and quite helpful, the lobby securities and room service staff are friendly and greet everytime) Check-in Time *** (Spent average 10 - 20 minutes per guest, have 2 staff in check-in counter) Parking Officers **** (only have 1 Parking officers but Always Stanby) Restaurant : Food Taste *** (Okay national food e.g Ketupat, the international food Okay) Food Variety **** (Lots of choice from national to international food) Price - (Not yet try it) Note : Review Based on Breakfast at hotel restaurant (sorry i also forgot the restaurant name).
