Spent one night here last weekend, the hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Versailles Rive Gauche train station. We arrived earlier than the 3pm check in time, but were able to leave our luggage whilst we went for lunch which was handy. We were in room 41 on the second floor - the room was nicely decorated and a reasonable size, with a large and comfy bed and free tea and coffee making facilities. In the lobby there were also some pastries we could help ourselves to which was a thoughtful touch. There was no air con in the room, but there were 2 large fans and we could open the window which helped a bit as it was hot during our visit. On the next street (Rue de Satory) there was a good choice of restaurants and a couple of bars. We stayed on a Sunday night which meant some places were closed, but we had no problem getting a meal and a few drinks.
We have been in Europe for a week right now traveling to Paris, Normandy and the palace of Versailles. This hotel, by far, is the best we’ve stayed at and the price is very very realistic. The staff, every one of them, has been wonderful with us. The hotel has a lot of amenities that many lack. The rooms are beautiful and quaint. Like most hotel rooms in Europe it is much smaller then American hotel rooms, but that doesn’t bother us. it has a lot of the modern conveniences, but with an old world charm that is reflective of Vienna. You can buy a bottle of beer in the lobby from one of the local breweries, which are amazing. They have many other drink options available as well. The rooms have coffee machines, and there is an ice machine in the lobby.
Upon arrival the staff were very helpful and friendly. When entering our room the beautiful scent of fresh sheets and air freshener welcomed us into the room. The view of the Versailles chantier station from our window was a good way to start the day. The hotel is walking distance to Versailles palace and nearby stores and the main train station in the area. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food stores in the area which often stay open till later in the night. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is after a clean and conveniently located hotel.

When we checked in, we told us that we didn't have a reservation, but we gave us a room at the scheduled price. After communicating with the customer service, it is said that the agent is a problem. The hotel is not bad, meets the standard of this price, and is also very close to the Palace of Versailles.
Me proposant....
Two couples, both celebrating 50 years of marriage, using Rick Steve’s guide book to choose our hotel. We have stayed in Versailles before but not here. This was an excellent hotel, nice rooms overlooking the very old courtyard, quiet for sleeping. Breakfast each morning was delightful and fair priced. Walking distance to both train stations and the Palace at Versailles. Only 50 steps to the Versailles marketplace and numerous restaurants. Well done.
The room is small, the breakfast type is general, the parking lot entrance is very narrow, the underground parking lot space is not large, the veteran can better handle it, every time you come back, you have to go to the front desk to let the car garage door, you can press the button when you enter and exit. There is a self-service laundry room nearby, you can go to wash clothes. The space for hanging clothes in the room is small and the hangers are not enough. There are a lot of food nearby, there is a supermarket 200 meters away, and things can be basically one stop.
Outstanding from start to finish. I was contacted prior to the booking to sort out some anomalies in the booking, by telephone. Subsequent communications about our potential late arrival and the availability of parking was all dealt with very promptly and efficiently. The welcome was fabulous and the lady on reception could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Our room on the top floor was absolutely brilliant and had everything one could need even for an extended stay. The one and only drawback would be it is of course on the third floor and there is no lift so if stairs are a challlenge it could be an issue for some, in that specific room (gallerie des places). There are ground floor options and so I would suggest that is asked for if stairs are an issue. The parking one can book is a very short (30 seconds?) drive away and accessed off a narrow street and has a tricky entrance. Once inside all is easy but I can imagine some drivers with larger cars would struggle a little more than we did. Great location for exploring the nearby Palace of Versailles and a terric place to stay. It is self catrering and the presence of a small ”city” Carrefour directly across the road open to 9pm is really handy too. A big thank you to all the staff for making our stay perfect.
Nice and close to Versailles castle. Walking distance. Good service and friendly staff. It was a pleasure staying there

Discover these places worth visiting in Versailles and select a hotel nearby for ultimate convenience
Palace of Versailles
WWAI SINGIf you have time do the Palace of Versailles Book the 9 am entry and head for the hall of mirrors first so it will be empty otherwise it will be full of people and you won’t get a decent photo.
TTravel.poodieThe most famous attraction in Palace of Versailles. The hall is made by more than 300 mirrors, and the rooftop have various beautiful paintings.
Estate of Trianon
泰泰宁根吴承恩The Petit Trianon is a building with very few tourists, and the scale of the building is really not small. There are not many tourists visiting, but the building can be said to be quite grand and magnificent.
L'Opéra Royal
__june.6The Opera House heard that ancient times were places where nobles could go. The location is near the Galeries Lafayette Department Store, less than 10 minutes walk. The inside is very luxurious. I heard that this is the ancient primitive state of about 80 [%] (I heard another tourist there said it, if it is not correct, don't beat me haha), in short, it is very beautiful, the effect of taking pictures is also beautiful, and the buildings outside are also spectacular. But if there is no artistic atmosphere, take more pictures, hahaha, take a photo and feel satisfied
Grand Trianon
SsculptorThe Gardens of Versailles (Jardins du château de Versailles) occupy a large part of the Domaine Royal de Versailles. The gardens are located to the west of the palace and cover an area of approximately 800 hectares, most of which are arranged in the classic French formal garden style. The Grand Canal is the masterpiece at the center of the Versailles Gardens.
Royal Chapel
莲莲子99Every royal palace in Europe has a separate chapel, this area is located in the palace of Versailles, the decoration is also very meticulous and luxurious, now tourists can not enter directly, stop at the door to see.
Central Library De Versailles
莲莲子99The public library of Versailles is located in the front area of the palace. It is obviously used as a lobby for public reception and meeting guests. The furnishings are not so luxurious, but rather grand and stable, with beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows.
