Find the Cheap Saint-Mande Hotels

Later I noticed a sign on the wall outlining that you do and just to speak to the management. Why was I not able to when I requested it? Got assigned to room 308 and was left horrified when I went into the room. There were a lot of issues. The bathroom has stains in there. The smoke detector had filthy used tissue covering it up. There was hair and marks around the room bit to mention unsecured wood hanging off the wall. I went down to speak to the desk and requested another room. After the dismay of what I was explaining they denied that I could have a room replacement and someone would come up and service the room. A guy came in and looked at the toilet and just said it was a stain and then jumped on bed (with shoes on) and removed the tissue and said it was due to smokers. He then turned and left. We tried to go through other issues but he kept going and closed the door. What shocking customer service and would definitely not be recommended and staying in your establishment again.” The room wasn't fit for 3 people. The third bunk was that unsafe ended up laying the mattress on the floor. The was debris all over the place and the state of repair of the furniture was shocking. The plugs were loose and didn't feel safe to use. Good job we had power banks. I reached out in hopes of an apology or even compensation for the stay. However that email wasn't even acknowledged with a response. What kind of company doesn't wish to hear feedback or respond to it. I would never suggest anyone to use your service ever. Trust me when I say a night in the car would have been more preferable.

I do not recommend. It was the worse experience I’ve ever had with a property and with a manager: The room is very small for three people and crowded with furniture. There is a bed for two persons and a sofa that turns into a small bed. After we extended the sofa there was no more room for our suitcases. In the evening, when we tried moving the sofa around a little bit to make room for suitcases, we have discovered a lot mold on the wall and curtain behind the couch. My 14 year old child couldn’t sleep on that couch because it was very close to the moldy wall. The first night we had slept in very bad conditions, three people do not fit in the two person bad, my husband slept on a chair with his head on a table. It was very difficult to get in touch with the manager and when we finally made it he was extremely rude: he told me that mold is not an emergency and that I shouldn’t have called the emergency line. When I told him that mold is very dangerous and that my child has lung problems, he said “no, mold is not dangerous, it is normal!”. He promised that he will clean the next morning but, by 4 p.m. the next afternoon, he had just cleaned the wall with water and soap (not enough since the mold infestation was deep into the wall) and the curtain covered in mold was still in place. In the end I went to the nearest supermarket, bought a special solution to clean the mold and cleaned everything myself since it was late and we were facing another night of poor sleep. The manager was very upset that I have cleaned the mold myself and he scolded me that I put mold cleaner on the bottom of the curtain and it got discoloured. Moreover, he charged us 150 euros for the discoloured piece of curtain. In the end, we didn’t get any apologies nor any compensation for the poor conditions we’ve slept in on the first night. Instead we had to pay 150 euros for a small piece of curtain that was covered with mold. After we paid for the curtain, no one came by to replace it. The entire experience was extremely traumatic, especially the interaction with the property manager. I’ll also let the pictures I’ve taken speak for themselves.

The room can't find a place to open the big suitcase smoothly. On the side of the box, you can only lean on the wall and on the floor. The elevator is also very small and cannot stand two people and two suitcases at the same time. 4 Service: When I was staying, I was a beautiful white lady. The attitude was very good. Behind it was a black uncle who was impatient with a black face. Some commentators said that it was opened by the Chinese. Anyway, the main station is a foreigner and will not say it. Hôtel très agréable un accueil chaleureux chambre spacieuse et très propre bien rénovée avec une jolie décoration et une belle terrasse un petit déjeuner bien servis j’étais très satisfaite . Un hôtel à la hauteur je recommande.

Within 2 minutes walk from the subway station, the service is very good. Clean, hygienic and safe. There are large supermarkets not far from the gate. Just a few stops to the Louvre, it's very convenient to travel. Easy to go to various attractions.

The place is essential but nice with a cool modern style.

This is my hotel when I visit Paris. Not massive, but about 50 rooms which makes it friendly and personal. The clean rooms are small but perfect for a short stay. Most of the time I'm in the city anyway. The bed is good with a firm mattress. Breakfast is not extensive, but there's enough food. Personel is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a busy street but it feels safe because there are always people. In your room you bearly hear the noise of traffic. In this street are restaurants, supermarkets and the metro station for line 1 is about 150 meters away.
