The words magnificent, sublime, incredible, sumptuous are only a few to describe this truly wonderful hotel. I live locally and looked at this hotel so many times with so much envy to stay there and I finally got the chance, to celebrate my wedding anniversary. What a wonderful surprise to find in the room rose petals and the towels beautifully laid on the bed, thanks so much housekeeping you do a great job. The room we chose has a very pretty view and we sipped champagne on the balcony, the attentions in the room our plentiful and the the nuxe beauty products really are the BEST we have used on our skin and hair. The lounge with the stunning fire is the perfect place to have a drink, beautifully decorated area. We then tried the pool outside and the sauna, hamman, we enjoyed it so much we had to keep trying the cold, then the hot!! The staff are really, really friendly. Breakfast is just immense and so much good products, it was pleasing not to see any bonne maman jams and true local produce, we could have kept eating the whole morning. One tiny element that could be better is the restaurant, we were not wowed by the choice so just had a raclette, fun for the mountains but not gourmet. We cannot wait to come back later in the year with the rest of the family, they are going to love it!! Go there you will not be disappointed and you wont want to leave!! Of course perfect for skiing, we had a rest that day.

The residence is very well located in the main street of Bagneres de Luchon, there are many small shops and restaurants, there are many visits to do in the surroundings, In summer, do not hesitate to take the telephone to go to Superbagneres, if the time is over, you will have a 360° view of the surrounding mountains. We were on the 4th floor (Duplex apartment 7 people), with 2 beds (double bed and double bed + single bed) and a bed in the lounge, the bed is a bit hard but still in good condition.
