Find the Cheap Beaucouze Hotels

The staff were great, every time I needed, they were there with help and the answers. The choice at breakfast was very limited on some days, and limited on other days. I was very disappointed at the appearance of cleanliness, especially with the carpeting throughout the hotel and even more especially in my room. Also the red throw over my bed was extremely worrying. There were dried stains all over the throw from what appeared to be some form of cream or something. A little disappointed that the internet kept disconnecting at unexpected times. My first time in a Kyriad and most likely my last time in a Kyriad.

Well it's Campanile, so having stayed at many over years, got exactly what we expected. Clean mostly, tidy, shower all worked well. Was possibly hottest night of hot year in Angers, so a pity the aircon wasn't a bit more effective, as it really only moved warm air about. Best thing about Campanile for Brits is ability to make a cuppa first thing. We passed on breakfast to get ahead of heat, but I expected the usual buffet which is usually fair quality. Nice helpful staff. Note to all Campaniles, please put enough for a tea or coffee on arrival as well as in morning

Nous sommes fort étonnés des avis négatifs sur cet hôtel...que les personnes aillent dans une autre chaine d hôtel (que nous avons du hélas utiliser ces derniers jours...) et ils verront ce que c est qu un hôtel délabré, bruyant et mal fréquenté... Pour notre part nous avons eu un séjour parfait = chambre claire et relativement spacieuse, très propre , aucun problème avec la salle de bain Très calme. Grand parking. 4 prises électriques (il nous est arrivé d en avoir qu une...) Rien à redire. Petit bémol : grand lit, spacieux mais matelas un peu ferme... Nous reviendrons

I travel a lot and on 10 november 2023 i booked a room via *********** at Premiere Classe hotels in Angers. Once i arrived at hotel i told the ladies from front desk that i have a reservation and showed them my reservation in the booking app. They asked my name and proceeded with the completion of the booking process. It took a while because i noticed one of the ladies explaining to the other one what to do while processing my booking so i assume she was new and not knowing what to do. After they finished the process, i paid with cash and went to my room. Next day i left early in the morning (around 7 am) and left the key to the front desk and went to work. Around noon i get an email that my card got charged for 46 euro by same hotel as would happen if make the reservation and not show up. Now, my opinion is that the lady from front desk didn't do her job and check me in the system that i already arrived and paid for the room. 3 weeks past since then and Premiere Classe doesn't reply to any of my emails. I consider making a complain to french authorities to adress this matter. I attached proofs in case someone from this hotel chain wanna adress this situation before i take legal measures.

Hotel où tout est très bien,chambre spacieuse et propre,et très calme ,personnel très agréable,petit déjeuner au top grâce à la personne qui s en occupe,très gentil,il ne manque rien et il y a un très grand choix,perso on a pris le bus près de l hotel pour aller au chateau,on peux aller a terrabotanica en bus et tramway On reviendra

A lot of positive points. First, the greetings, the kindness, the availability and the advice from my host. The simplicity for the transportation with Jalla ( Again, a big thanks to him for bringing me everywhere! ). Also, the beauty of the spot, really calm, spacious, and a quality bedding. The three-filled garden. The pool is really appreciated. Finally, the greatest quality of the food. Some delicious dishes and really copious. A superb marrocan cook culture with a lot of different dishes cooked with heart, and trust me you can feel it. I really recommend this guest house and I will probably come back again as soon as possible!

The friendly helpful management , the excellent breakfast, the very clean room with extra pillows and blankets for February, the brilliant location and the very reasonable price made this one of the best stays ever! thnak you
