MIPIM conference in Cannes is basically a licence for bad hotels and restaurants to print money, so was quite surprised/suspicious to be able to book a One Bedroom Suite in Antibes for two nights for less than £500. Absolutely did the job. Suite was large, bed was comfy, TVs worked, even had a terrace. Staff were pleasant and were great for ordering nice taxis to zip you up to Cannes. It’s not going to win any hotel awards but this is a solid, perfectly comfortable choice in a good location.

This is a great small hotel across the street from the beach. The ground floor has slightly larger rooms, while the ones upstairs all have balconies with a view of the beach. The rooms are comfortable with a refrigerator and safe. An easy walk to everywhere. Its clean, reasonably priced and convenient to town and many restaurants. If you are here to spend time at the beach, the public beach is across the street and a 3 minute walk from your room. I will be back here.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Le Collier. It's close proximity to the Antibes train station is very practical when we travelled a lot along the riveria, and the Antibes city center was just 10-15 minutes walk away as well. The staff were very friendly and even remembered us when we came back to pickup the room keys. The hotel and room was very clean, beds were comfortable and they even supplied two type of pillows so you could choose the one that works best for you. What we would like to be improved is the breakfast and bathroom amenities. The breakfast consists of some bread/baguettes, ham, cheese, jams, some pastries and yoghurts. It's quite simple and good enough to start a day, but we really missed anything green, such as paprika, cucumber or similar. They also lack warm options, if that's of importance, though it was fine for us. The bathroom was overall clean, good standard, but for some weird reason missing handsoap - we're not sure if that was something they forgot, but it ended up with us purchasing our own. We have seen previous reviews of people complaining about street noise. Yes the street is noisy, but if you close the balcony door and turn on the AC, you won't hear the street except of a police siren sometimes. We didn't hang out on the balcony, but if you do you might be bothered by it.

Where to start, we arrived the parking is right under the hotel but you need to get a code to get in ? you need to double park and then wait in line to get a code. Two front office staff that could be trainees were seating and looking down to avoid to talking to you. After unloading the car we had to do our check in and wait again. Right outside the hotel you have a graveyard of lost cars better to use the hotel parking then Room 002 Ground floor near the lobby just above the car entrance, noisy with the cars going in and out and big groups at the lobby, We requested a Twin room we were assigned a room with a double bed and a single bed but a pull-out not so comfortable. The room was freezing, went to the desk was told “ you have a box on the wall to regulate the Air Con” I said no box. I insisted finally someone came and said “Oh no box” I requested the remote, we do not have a remote. It was a wall mounted Air Con not central air con like the other room, I believe this was not always a guest room but something else. The Front office staff desk informed me she was busy but we will take care of it later. Came back 2 hours later, asked did you fix the Air Con I was told with a smirk, no remote control, nobody had replied her call this was Saturday nobody was working and Sunday will be the same we will have to wait till Monday, she was busy changing the battery of her hotel phone, and informed us we do not have any other rooms available, never even looked at us. Wen I did my booking I requested 2 extra pillows, went to the room no extra pillows, requested again 2 pillows 1h later no pillows, to finally being told the hotel is full no pillows, the lady at the front office on arrival day was a disgrace. Group Hotel, woke up at 7.15 by a big bus who was running his engine just under our window, so it was time to go for Breakfast , restaurant was taking over by a groupa zoo. Only 2 ladies working, very efficient but overwhelmed. We put a make up my room at 10 am came back at 3.30 pm room was not done, I was explained by Front Office for sleep over the rooms are cleaned late afternoon, not the answer I was expecting, especially on a Sunday afternoon when the hotel is not full. The executive housekeeper who was walking by got involved, she was great, I asked for pillows she said of course we had some spare ones yesterday, of course we have a remote control, of course on Saturday we have maintenance. Came back with the remote control and saw the bedding, she was so surprised, front office staff also cam and mentioned as a platinum member I should have got an upgrade to a higher floor. Not to mention room 002 is located right across the housekeeping office so at 9 am everyone is outside your room talking and linen carts blocking the way. Depending who you ask for the parking is payable, it is not mentioned on the website. International hotel only French TV Channels. Paid channels are listed but not available. This is a lei

This is a perfect hotel for a short stay. The room was clean and a good size with a large shower room / toilet (with shower gel, soap and loads of towels). The bed is large, with comfy sheets / pillows. Although on the 2nd floor, at night it was quiet as it’s on a side street. The Wi-Fi is free and both stable / strong. Location wise, it’s an easy walk to some great restaurants, the port and the old town. Also about 10 mins walk from the station if you need it. The receptionist and other staff were super polite and helpful. Value for money (staying off-season) is excellent. Recommended.
We spent fourteen nights here in a spacious ground floor apartment but felt the whole facility needed to be modernised and upgraded. Our room had excellent air conditioning but no working safe and a sliding entrance window that on most occasions refused to lock properly. We had to raise and lower industrial style metal shutters to make the place secure. It took more than three days before anyone came to look at the problem and even then the difficulty remained. The reception area is gloomy, old fashioned and open only for very restricted hours. Most of the time it felt pretty abandoned. We did like the tropical tree-planting which created a shady central garden area and the pool was inviting enough, albeit without any on-site catering apart from some vending machines. The rooms would benefit from having washing machines - we didn't much like the small washing room where one had to pay extra to wash and dry clothes. All in all, we felt that the residence was run by a penny-pinching management that was desperately trying to cut costs while trying to create the impression of offering a high quality service that simply wasn't provided.

Outstanding
GGuest UserThis is a true 4 stars hotel with everything included in such category and very close to the beach. Super comfort on the king bed, ultra modern bathroom including bath robes, slippers, nice toiletries, beautiful view to the Mediteranean sea from the sunny balcony. The breakfast is very divers with quality and plentiful food. Not to be omitted the gorgeous decorations and the easy parking on site.
The moment we entered the hotel, we were welcomed with a huge smile from the front desk to the breakfast staff, to the housekeepers that keep the rooms and entire facilities spotless.
We highly recommend it to anybody and would love to come back.

Excellent
LLuWhile everything was quite nice, somehow I don’t feel like raving about it. Maybe because compared with the experience, the price wasn’t good value. Lack of amenities. Lack of sense of hospitality. Also my room, although upgrade to a “junior suite?”, was north facing which was quite a bummer. I want the sun!
GGuest UserWe are extending our trip to antibes grace to this restaurant.
The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
Delicious restaurant.

Peaceful, conviently located, lovely hotel in Antibes. 10 minutes walk to train station and harbor. 15 minutes to Old town Antibes. The hotel is clean, super quiet, easy to find. Staff is lovely. We did not take a meal so I can't comment on the food/bar experience. Should I return to Antibes, I wouldn't hesitate to return to the hotel. Great location to base a trip to visit not only Antibes but the Riviera/Monaco/Ventimiglia.
Good balcony, clean room- not the smartest and a little on the small side. Good bathroom, the size was fine . Nice bed linen, decent Wi-fi and air conditioning. I’d suggest you don’t take the breakfast as there are lots of cafes local which are good value . Not the most modern hotel , not keen on the carpeted floor but for the price it was worth it.
GGuest UserThe hotel is nice with 3 good outdoor pools. Great for kids.
Restaurant is good.
Transats in the pool are in very good quality and very clean.
SPA Massage was very good. Need to book very early in advance, they are very full. no wonder as their service is great.
Rooms suite are very decent size and the bed is very big.
Parking is very convenient.
When we checked in, our shower had a water evacuation blocked. we took a shower and the water was not going out. so we finished it in the bath tub.
One wall lamp in the room and another in the living room were broken. it keep twinkling when it was on.
we have informed the reception, and the shower was repaired but not the lights.
we gave up on asking.
BBonnieFungNot working, so-so, the hotel is more ordinary. Similar to other Marriott.
There is a 24-hour indoor pool, not very big, the water is not too deep, the children are very happy.
It is said that there is a Carrefour supermarket nearby, you can buy fruit to eat, close at 9:00 in the evening, but because the itinerary has not been there.
But it can be said that there is no landscape at all, the so-called part of the sea view is far away, and it is also covered by billboards, really speechless.
Especially unbearable is that the waiter will enter the room without knocking on the door.
Great little apartment in a great location, short walk to shopping centre, the gentleman on the desk and the night security man were absolutely lovely, made us feel welcome and safe, also has a pool, sauna and gym
GGuest UserA down to earth small hotel which has all that is needed. Not luxurious, but hot water, clean sheets and above all fantastic service from the lady managing the hotel. A big plus from the nice little breakfast on a terrace. Very price worthy - at approx 100EUR per night during MIPIM thought this was a great deal. Close by to train station and by bike 30 minutes along the shore to Central Cannes. Great for a morning run along the beach too. Recommended!
very good value for money, good apartment, very friendly staff, good facilities. Pity the whole terrain is covered by concrete, not very environmetally friendly. Minus: for a touristy place, they only have French channels on tv. Not very welcoming or entertaining for non French people. Same minus in Odalys Lyon. And please keep the floors of the balconies and elevator clean: they look shabby.
