Find the Cheap Puerto de Vega Hotels

We specifically booked at this hotel for the Spa and Swimming Pool facilities to revive our weary bodies as we were hiking and cycling the Camino Del Norte . After check in we were advised that the Spa is closed and the swimming pool only opens on 1 June. This was not mentioned on their website or on ***********. The receptionist was unwelcoming and didn't bother to greet us. When we asked for a cup of hot water, the man that delivered it to our room almost broke the door down and was very rude to us. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel is adjacent to an industrial area and we experienced noises throughout the night. The bed was terribly hard and I rolled around all night. You would be far better off to travel an extra 20 km and stay in Tapia de Casariego on the beach.

No pasamos de la confirmación de la reserva. En un primer momento nos atendió un chico muy simpático y agradable. Y al llamar en una segunda ocasión para ulti|mar un dato para la confirmación, nos atención una chica que parecía tener hasta prisa, en la atención a los clientes,... que debería recordar, que son los que sostienen su hotel rural o en el que trabaja).... Después de confirmar la reserva, tuvimos que volver a llamar pues no nos Ilegaba la confirmación al correo electrónico. Una vez recibimos el email, nos damos cuenta que en este no pone la habitación que habíamos pedido...(importante reseñar la habitación, pues si después de un largo viaje luego por error no nos dan la habitación elegida mira tu que gracia...) Volvemos a llamar, hasta dos veces y no nos coge nadie. Al rato nos Ilaman y nada más descolgar lo primero que oímos es: ”Otra vez el pesado este madre mía” Logicamente, sobran las palabras, y lo siguiente, fue anular la reserva. Pongo una estrella porque es lo mínimo que hay que poner. Y si me gustaría recordar a esta buena mujer, que no se si sabe que lo que tiene, o donde trabaja es un hotel rural, en el cual tiene que estar disponible y atender a sus clientes con educación Así que tienes dos opciones o haces tu trabajo bien a la primera, para que no le molesten a su majestad con Ilamadas de teléfono, o te dedicas a otra cosa que no sea atender al público porque ha quedado claro que tu educación deja mucho que desear.

Whoever built a hotel here is very courageous. There is nothing nearby. The hotel is almost at the end of a lane that leads to a small stony beach with extremely low occupation. The building is modern and quite minimalist. Although it was full during my stay, I heard no noise from other rooms nor from plumbing, extremely unusual in Spain. With no passing traffic, nights were deliciously quiet. A very good breakfast is served, which all other clients took indoors. I took the option of breakfasting in the shade in the delightful garden. There was no dinner available as they couldn’t find staff, not the first time I heard this in Asturias. There is a footpath into town, and in 15 minutes one arrives at a bar serving food. I had intended to eat there, but then discovered an out of town, easily accessible supermarket at around 8 minutes drive from the hotel. So I bought food that could be eaten cold and ate It on the beach. I did this both evenings and had a very pleasant time, with the tang of sea air, the sound of the waves and the view of the sun going down over interesting rock formations jutting out of the briny. A couple of beers on the beach before the dinner enhanced my enjoyment! So, a charming stay and a place that I would willingly return to.

The hotel is a private hostel but, unlike the usual, it is unrealized, it is careful to the minimum detail. They don't let you get up the bags that come from the way to avoid insects or dirt, they leave you a few cans to throw out your clothes or things you need. The rooms are very comfortable, the beds are flat with gardens and beds very comfortable. The breakfast is very nice, but it is very complete, and it offers infusions or coffee, tomato-toast and oil or butter and marmelade along with fruit-makedonia. The staff is very competent and friendly, certainly a place where you are hosting**** if you are on the door.
