Lamentablemente la higiene el primer día fue pésima porque el top 3 los lavabos con pelos el suelo también lleno de pelos casualmente la taza del barrio que se suponía higienizada también tenía un enorme pelo largo dando la sensación de que se había pegado el suelo y la taza del váter con el mismo mucho es solo una apreciación. Pero los pelos allí estaban. Como el ruido del aire acondicionado era tan enorme teníamos que elegir entre un calor insoportable o un ruido a la hora de dormir también insoportable con lo que tuve que cambiar el día de habitación pagando un suplemento en el que amablemente hicieron un descuento de 5 euros pagando al final 95 euros por la habitación. Sin embargo he de decir que el servicio de las personas que atención al público no es que fuera inmejorable es que no he conocido personas más y educadas y colaboradoras en cuanto necesite pese al malestar que les exprese por el ruido insoportable de la habitación.

Superb hotel! Excellent facilities, very friendly staff, amazing choice at breakfast, outstanding hotel grounds and views, and the hotel restaurant next door was lovely and served a great BBQ on Saturday night! We got offered an apartment instead of the twin room that I had originally booked and it was amazing! Outdoor pool was fabulous and the Spa and gym facilities were of a very standard. Very good value for money for such a beautiful hotel - thank you :)

The hotel is simple and is well located, I liked breakfast (tomat bread and jam has been a plus) and very good attention in the coffee shop and in the reception. To highlight the bottle of a litre and a half of water that gave me to the arrival and the fridge in the room. The only thing I saw is that the walls are of Pladur, it is heard everything and above me touched a family that spoke super high and that they were talking until late. I like it, there is a little lack of color in the room and a little higher couch. The bedroom was comfortable. Quality price, very good.

I arrived at the hotel very late and checked in smoothly. The hotel has an underground bath and the open-air swimming pool is small, but you can see the repaired hilltop church next to it, and the overall environment is good. I just came for work and didn't have time to enjoy the surroundings and facilities of the hotel. Recommended stay

Nice hotel located in outskirts of Almeria! Great views and good service.

Very well located, and very friendly at reception. Good value for money. Cleaning needs to improve in details, there were gel caps in the shower and earrings on the table. Still it was clean.

Have stayed here previously and gave it a glowing review, which is why I rebooked. However this time not so good. Shown first room- small room tiny window poor outlook, requested a change, manager not terribly happy asked another member of staff to show me another room, again small, tiny window around a corner. I was given the option to upgrade at a cost of €12 which gave me a nicer room. Requested a taxi to be booked to the airport for following day. Staff in morning not very helpful or polite at reception. Will not stay here again.
