Excellent hotel. Room was beautiful with amazing view of the pool. Very clean with exceptional cleaning. Ahmed provided a very high standard of room keeping [Room 3101] The staff are exceptional, in particular Emad who took me to my room on arrival. Very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were very welcoming. The breakfast is very good. Mostafa on the evening made we feel welcome. Would highly recommend this hotel. I was staying on my own for 6 nigjts as a business trip. Reception were very helpful, as was room service.

Very nice clean hotel located close to Borg airport. With good road links to Alexandria and Cairo. The rooms a spacious and clean and all rooms have a balcony. The food is very nice and is reasonably priced and all of the staff are friendly and always willing to help. I have visited the hotel frequently over the last 10 years and it is always a pleasure to arrive and sad to leave it really is not just a place it is a mood
