The hotel facilities are a little old, but it does not affect the stay, and the hygiene is acceptable. It feels that all the local rich people are staying here. You can see the Nile and the swimming pool from the balcony of the room, and the sunset is beautiful. Although there is no one who actively helps to carry the luggage, the service attitude of the hotel front desk and restaurant service staff is very good, and it feels very warm and sincere. There are rich breakfast varieties, and there will be people pushing carts to make traditional Arabic snacks for you, which tastes very good! The restaurant can see the Nile River, and the scenery is very good! If you drive here, it is recommended to apply for a room card and enter the underground parking lot again, which seems to save parking fees. The first time we entered the parking lot without a room number, parking for a little more than an hour cost 110 Egyptian pounds. The second time we entered with a room card, we parked for one night, more than ten hours, and the fee was 250 Egyptian pounds.

The hotel and staff were phenomenal. The reason I took one smile away for facility, was I wanted to get a pedicure and they gave a referral in the mall that was terrible. They should not refer anyone there; it was uncomfortably juvenile in the environment. I ended up leaving after waiting 30 minutes listening to workers talk, argue, show pictures on each other's phones. Other than that, it was an incredible experience. Khaled Abdelkhalek with the concierge was outstanding. He was taking care of every need. I booked 2 tours thru 4 Seasons with Marwa, she is on an entirely different universe, so intelligent, kind, intuitive, and I could keep going with praise. If you ever need a tour, she is the one for you!! I also had Mohammed as the driver, between Marwa and Mohommed, they are the dynamic duo. I feel so fortunate and honored to have met and been able to spend time with them. I had several hours to wait for my flight, so I sat in the lobby and had something to eat and drink, they were so accommodating. I do not recall if her name was Daliah or Liza but she was great. Took care of me and was very kind. I travel a lot alone, and it can be tricky sometimes, but the people at the 4 Seasons made it seamless and like home!

The most satisfying breakfast during my trip to Egypt! The breakfast closest to the Nile River, the environment is great, the breakfast ingredients are very fresh, and the taste is good. The room environment is a little old, and it can't be compared with the same level in China, but after going to 5-star hotels in Aswan and Luxor, I feel that this one is super cost-effective, hahahaha

Really exceptional hotel, with a pleasant and efficient service ( specialy Nasher, boss flour 8) a very good restaurant and s wonderful jazz bar with direct excellent music . Nice swinging pool

PROS: Fantastic customer service! Eage to accommodate our needs. Breakfast was excellent! It comprised a hot and cold buffet. Well organised too with assistants coming round to top up hot drinks. Reasonably clean rooms although outdated. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom is also clean with hot running water, particularly in the winter! CONS: Once reaching our floor, it was disheartening seeing the difference in appearance and the level of standard compared to what the lobby looked liked. Also finding our room was like setting onto a maze to begin with but we soon got used to it. We were put on a non-smoking floor but the smell of cigarettes was very strong. The bedroom was outdated and in need of renovation in terms of carpet and decor and furniture (although the bed was probably the most comfortable bed ever). Again we became used to the dip in standards. Overall would stay at the Safir again as the pros outweigh the cons.

Such a beautiful hotel with incredibly kind staff who are more than willing to accommodate and provide whatever is needed. The hotel is very safe with high level security, and a great location with short driving distance to the Nile. The interior of the hotel was gorgeous, and felt very luxurious; we also very much enjoyed the outdoor lounge area. The rooms are spacious and clean, our room had a gorgeous view of the Nile. The breakfast was hands down the best breakfast I ate in Egypt, they had a large spread with the perfect selection. The staff brought us water bottles daily and allowed us to store our luggage in a safe room while we traveled to Luxor and Hurghada. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and team, you could not go wrong booking with them!
