Find the Cheap Langenfeld Hotels

Great parking, directly on the street, restaurant and pub. If you want nothing more than to stay in a clean room with bed and shower, you are right here. No snick snack around, but also far and broad nothing that makes life more nice. The area is not a corner with its many grey houses in which you want to take a holiday. The spa area is a good place to use the sister hotel, which is a few meters further on the same highly driven street. The rooms are spacious, the windows can be opened to air, the bathroom is re-maked. I didn't find a safe in the room, but there is a shower gel and a small TV. There are many ways in the room to locate his stuff. So overall for pure night absolutely OK. What I would like to emphasise especially: I have not yet had such a quick and uncomplicated check-in and check-out in any hotel in the world. What takes a big chain like 10 minutes, was done here in 40 seconds. The staff we met was very friendly. The pub that is connected down at the hotel was comfortable with me.

We have been coming to Hotel Am Wald for the past few years as a family to visit relatives in Monheim. Sadly, as they have now passed away we won’t have much reason to visit this lovely hotel anymore. Thank you so much to all the staff, in particular Hamza who looked after us so well: the children adore him. The rooms in the hotel are quite basic but very clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant is top quality and consistently good. The goose went down very well this time with our group. We celebrated at 70th birthday on Saturday night and it was very special. Three night stay at this hotel for business meetings in the area. Very clean and neat lobby and room. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke english perfectly. I was not a fan of the marshmallow pillows. Room is pure basic and was adequate. Good hot water supply. I did not try the breakfast so can't comment on that. Biggest drawback was the lack of proximity to any incidental ammenaties or food establishments. There are no convenience stores near by (2-3 kilometers walking distance to the nearest one) and none in the hotel (small refrigerator in the hotel lobby where you can buy limited soft drinks and snacks at the front desk). The hotel would do well to establish a gift shop/convenience store to service thier patrons due to the lack of availability of such in the area. It would have been nice to acquire a cup of coffee any time of day but especially in the morning when a full cost breakfast was the only way to acquire this. Overall though, a pleasant stay with pleasant staff.

I spent the weekend near Düsseldorf. The Forum Hotel in Hilden has made a contribution that it was a nice weekend. Friendly reception by the nice staff, a nice and above all clean room. Also the bathroom super maintained. On Sunday then enjoyed extensive breakfast buffet that, since opened up to 11 a.m., is also long sleepers friendly and offers a lot of choice. I will come back.

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, da wir nebenan Karten für eine Veranstaltung hatten. 150 m nur entfernt!! Das Hotel liegt gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht und bekamen eins mit zwei Einzelbetten. Wir haben dann an der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben und ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Vielen Dank, Unser Zimmer war einfach, aber sauber. Es ist ein 3 Sterne Hotel, dass darf man nicht vergessen. Wir haben mit Frühstück gebucht und das war wirklich gut. Service war sehr nett. Die Altstadt und der Rhein sind ca.10-15 min entfernt. Schade ist, dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, dass der ganze Ort aus Baustellen besteht.

Stayed for 2 nights at this 4 star hotel in the middle of Hilden close to the shopping street and about 15 min walk from the station. The lobby, restaurant/breakfast room was recently renovated because of a serious flooding a couple of years ago. They did a good job, the interior in this part of the hotel has been updated with a very contemporary feel to it. We booked a standard room, however the heating was not working properly and we got upgraded immediately which was very much appreciated. The rooms, looked a little bit dated, but were to my delight utterly spotless. The bathrooms especially the shower trays and doors were immaculate, although some water was leaking onto the bathroom floor when using the shower. The housekeeping department is doing a good job for sure. I was pleased to see soap dispensers installed rather than having all those little customary bottles with soap and gel, saving on plastic. Good forward environmental thinking. Because the floor covering was carpet rather than tiles or laminate I would have liked some of those hotel slippers that are customary in most hotels these days. Also as a 4 star I would expect an iron and board in the room for convenience. The breakfast offerings are the usual fare and I was pleased to see milk alternatives available. The breakfast room was quite busy and you could do with an extra member of staff looking after the buffet to replenish it in time. All in all I very much enjoyed my stay here. I think that the room rate charged is very fair and honest but thought that the prize for the breakfast per person maybe at 17 Euros is a bit steep. However, I wholeheartedly can recommend this hotel.
