Located in new area on nth side river. Easy to get to on bus from train station. 20 minute walk to city center (as long as you don’t get run over by an e- bike). Shopping center across street. Free bus pass for period of our stay was an unexpected and valuable extra. Business style hotel with nice decent sized rooms, AC, good breakfast. If it had mini-fridge and in room coffee this would be a 5 star. Staff very professional. They recommended renting a bike from Zweirad Wagenknecht where we got bikes for lovely ride on bike path from hotel to Insel Reichenau.
Beautiful old historic hotel with lots of history. The staff are wonderful and will help you in any way they can. If you would like a kettle for your room you only have to ask at reception. It's in a lovely quiet area but just a few minutes walk to the main town area. Breakfast is outstanding and it has great choice and super fresh ingredients too, a pleasure to wake up to. Don't be put off by the old facade of the building because inside it has everything you would find in a modern hotel..

The hotel is located in the square of the station and is very comfortable both at arrival and departure, especially if you have a hurry to take a train (in practice just cross the road). It is not a modern hotel but well-treated and above all clean. The rooms are large. Small bathroom but more than enough for travelers' needs. The breakfast, almost all salad, is very good, with continuous supplies of the vase. Unfortunately, I think it is necessary to point out that in the weekend, people from unheard miserableness were found under the hotel, who spoke highly, laughing and screaming until the deep night. This is not, of course, to be attributed to the property, which does not benefit from it. I think the ears taps, gently offered by the hotel, more than the noise of trains (does not feel at all) are to stop others' miserability.

Hotel is ideally located near old town and the harbor. Bus for our group could park briefly outside to unload, and then go off to the larger parking area west, ca. 600 yards. The lobby is very narrow, and there are no ramps outside and inside. Elevator works well. We had the advantage of staying in the attic, 4th floor, and the room was really nice, large, with AC working well. There was a small fridge, and a flat tv. Nice bathroom (no tub), with a skylight. Celing sloping, with exposed wooden beams, but one of us hit the head, so be careful. Floor was a bit sloping. The other rooms had no AC, only fans. Poor. Breakfast room is superb, with a great terrace. Nice range of foods, warm and cold, juices, coffee, etc. We needed a room for meetings and could use it in the afternoon.
The room is very new, new hotel, you can cook things. The location is relatively biased, there is a bus at the door to enter the city, which is convenient. The service is relatively poor and it is not cleaned during the continuous stay. The project was done poorly, and the wire connector was not repaired.
Located 200 meters from the Swiss border in Konstanz, the German hotel management features, the room is not large but very clean. From the Meersburg ferry, I visited the town of Meersburg, and went to the Swiss town to visit the National Park. I was catching up with the Swiss town to report the International Food Festival.
My goodness - I literally cannot praise this hotel enough. From our arrival we felt so welcome and at home. All of the staff were amazing, so friendly and let me try out my rusty German on them, helping me along the way. All had smiles and greetings whenever we saw them, like old friends! The hotel receptand breakfast room is located on floor 8 (the top floor) and wow the views up there and on the roof terrace were incredible! You can also use the breakfast room to sit in in the evening, so on a sunny evening it's well worth it. Views are over the south of Konstanz, over the lake and overlooking Switzerland. We stayed in one of the family rooms on our 7. The room had bunkbeds, a little tank and chairs for younger kids, a sofa bed and double bed in the adjoining room with a spacious bathroom and a balcony with views over the gorgeous houses and the lake. We only had one chair on the balcony it I'm sure of we had asked Wes have been given another one. The room was light, clean and also had a minibar where we kept our Swiss chocolates! The breakfast was wonderful, typical continental breakfast with tea and coffee or hot chocolate. Lots of variety, organic produce and no limit to how much to enjoy. The hotel is located a stones throw from the Lago shopping complex, the train station, a children's funfair and the Sealife centre. Also a short walk to the boats, the Munster and Rosgarten Museum as well as a wealth of amazing cafes and restaurants. When annkng another short break to Konstanz I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.
We were at the hotel for a week and had a room at the seaside. At the overall review I really do trouble. The hotel itself has actually come a little in the years. The rooms are partly very different. Some have still tape, others already laminated. Also the bathrooms are very different. Our room was a little more modern and clean. In principle there are rooms in all 4 directions of heaven. Of course, those to the lake are more expensive, but it's worth it. Although the ferry is just next to it, you don't get anything from it and we haven't been looking for any night disturbances. Ideally, you also book HP for it, because in the closer environment there are few ways to eat. It is very comfortable to go to dinner in the hotel right now, in the current situation. This is really delicious and consists of pre-food, main meal and dessert. The breakfast is not special now, but sufficient and something for every taste there. Really super is the location. All important destinations can be reached quickly. From the hotel you get a ticket for the bus to constant. This starts all 10-15 minutes directly before the hotel - even until late night. Otherwise, Meersburg, Mainau, Zurich or sheep houses are well and quickly accessible. Thanks to good bike road networks, many goals are also easy to reach by bike. The staff was very nice and premature everywhere, whether at the reception or in the restaurant. Conclude: For the hotel itself I would only give 3 points. This is the average of the costs for my taste too. But it is probably just in the area. Outside it has service, food and location.

Old Town (Niederburg)
The old city of Constanz is an old town with many old and meaningful old buildings. The streets are all reflected in the old and elegant, and it is definitely an important stop for the old city tour of Germany. Don't miss it.
Cathedral
The cathedral is the most majestic building in Constanz, with a tower of 76 meters high, and a view of the entire Old Town of Constanz, or Lake Boden. We arrived at Constance from Stein with a Swiss Pass and walked here at will. The first time we saw such a tall and magnificent church up close, we felt very shocked. We had no experience and didn't dare to enter the visit.
Hoerle Park
Horle park is a beautiful garden in Constanz, with dense forests and bright flowers, as well as large lawns, and many lovely wildlife living here, you can get in touch with them, very interesting.
SEA LIFE Konstanz
LLittle Prince 小王子family friendly exhibits with a variety of animals like for example penguins, all kind of fishes, corals and so on
Imperia
The statue of Inpelia in Constance is a very different statue on Lake Boden. It is said that this is a goddess in German folk tales, holding a king and a queen in his hand, although he does not understand its meaning, but it feels very different. He is also an iconic building on Lake Boden and is worth a visit.
