The hotel was built a long time ago, it doesn’t look very straight from the outside, but the rooms are reinvigorated, the carpet in the corridors is new and not worn, there are magnetic locks on the doors. But honestly, the hotel does not pull 5 *. What did you like: - welcome bottle of wine and apples - chocolates on the bed every night - change of towels throughout the day - good shampoos Did not like: - an outsider can calmly come in for breakfast and no one will ask where he is from, and they will politely take him to a table at (because our friend just came, had breakfast and went to the beach) - the construction site is near and it’s not said anywhere, but there is noise from it - the floor in the rooms must be requested to wash - the beach is dirty, full of cigarette butts - weak animation - if you do not live on all inclusive conditions, then in a cafe on the beach the average cost of a meal is 8 euros, coffee 4 euros, smoothies - 6 euros. But for all inclusive there are restrictions - 2 naptanv a day per person - modest territory, nowhere to walk - the hotel in the distance is both plus and minus, quiet and there are no engines, but because there are only 3 restaurants nearby, and a taxi is expensive, about 1 euro km, even more expensive in the evening, you have to go there - there is no supermarket nearby, only a minimarket where you can buy something on the little things

It is a hotel that provides you a perfect relaxed atmosphere. Kind and professional staff, amazing rooms, hi tech in the rooms, pools, gym, restaurants and bars great. Every hotel and every international brand has cons and pos. The only thing i can say for parklane Cyprus is that made our holidays really special. Thank you again for your hospitality.
Lovely place to stay at, a bit overpriced but overall we had a wonderful experience. Lost a few points on the several delays we had. Both from room service and team. The main manager gifted us a lovely bouquet though and made us feel warm.
The manager at Locatelli, Mario, his team, and Chief gave us the best experience ever!!! We have returned several times to eat there and they took care of us every single time. Preparing amazing vegan/vegetarian food and Apu, our waiter, ensured that everything was amazing.
The spa facilities are unique, we enjoyed all areas and the salt pool but the massage was so-so, for the price we payed.
The breakfast area was very loud, waiters were arguing and it was very noisy. The constant music blasting everywhere was also not aligned with the serenity that this place aims to create. We were on the top floors and we could still hear the pool music until late hours.
We will return back to Locatelli for sure. As far as staying there..we might give it another try.
Just recently back from a weeks stay with family. Very nice grounds and while the beach area is not huge or has much sand, the sea was very clear, calm and clean (blue flag rated) the calm waves made swimming really enjoyable and relaxing , lovely pool areas too and the separate divide of pools and beach areas for children and adults is good and for those who understandably may not want to be around noisy children ! Very good kids club with daily activities and staff who interact and get involved, Tiffany , Stephanie and Theodora were amazing with my daughter , thank you !! children at the club even got a little gift bag with toys ! If you can, I would advise room with balcony, we asked for this as the rooms facing the main road were slightly noisy and not very pleasant views looking out onto a busy main road. Nice path along the resort for people to walk along , we did this to visit other restaurants at other hotels along the beach , to your left you can also walk to ruins and another beach ( unfortunately we did not get the time to do this, really wish we did now from what others have said), also approx. 15 mins car/taxi journey to the main town/marina, well worth a a visit, if also like us you like to get out of the resort too. Overall really nice hotel with friendly staff and facilities, only one slight disappointment was sometimes we felt a little rushed to eat our breakfast as we like to go down later / towards the end and a few times we were told we had to finish up as are preparing for lunch soon (whereas previous 5* hotels we stayed at this has never been the case and never felt rushed to finish up), also a member of staff told us we were not allowed to bring food up with us to the room, despite us trying to explain my husband was in his room, he still proceeded to tell us not to do this , I responded and made it quite clear we were not happy about that I felt he needed some training in customer service, he eventually backed off ( was like being told off), as a previous member of staff offered to take it to our rooms..as would be expected in a 5 start hotel. Concierge and baggage handlers very nice and helpful , especially Michael (i think his name), who has worked their for 35 years ! really chatty and helpful guy ,!
The hotel has convenient transportation and a superior location. The Mediterranean-style landscape is very beautiful, with a wide view, complete functions, and a very good service attitude👍, clean, tidy and comfortable
Spent three memorable days with the family Everything was perfect The cleanness of the room the service and the warm welcoming The hotel is beautiful and vey well located and is our number one choice in Limassol
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very nice and very fresh, all in all great value for the money , the rooms are big and bright with a lovely view of the pool and the sea
I like this hotel. Clean, with good staff. Thanks to big girls at the registration bar, I arrived for 4 days but stayed for 10. All questions resolved promptly and qualitatively. At breakfast you will find everything you need. Fine and fresh food. I will definitely return again
Very Good
